I think my favorite part is how you describe the foods. You talk about how gross some of the space food was in the nicest way. You have a way with words lol! Great video!

Rassolnik is a soup made primarily of pickled cucumbers, pearl barley, and usually kidney meat (beef or pork). "Rassol" refers specifically to pickle juice, which is often used to flavor the broth. It's a popular cure-all, as I understand it. Colds, the flu, hangovers, pregnancy woes; Babushka's prescription is rassolnik.

But all of that is food. I don't understand why there has to be fear in eating something new. Food is food. It's not even "weird food", it's meat with veggies.

💕 Hi again ! Catching another oldie ! And of course still loving them !! This was different ! ha I kinda would've expected you might have tried them on crackers. I guess if the Astronaut's didn't get crackers, maybe not tho. And I guess you were trying to do everything as they would do it in space ! I couldn't have squirted those straight in my mouth. Maybe in a spoon, then in my mouth. Ha Was there no suggestion for pre-kneading them (possibly heating as well) before eating ? I would think the Astronaut's probably did just that. 😉👌 Another great video ! I'm still very much enjoying everything you choose to show us !! Thank you, Emmy ! ♥️ (Time to Extrude myself from this comment section ! 😂😘👌❤️)
