I was 21 year Marine fighter pilot and was ordered to Vietnam. I had no idea what I was doing there and my country's honor was not at stake. I fought for a year for the guys that I was there with and not for the lying pols In DC. I'd agree with him, but he is at least 8 months too late. Russians have been repeatedly appealing to UN for countless interventions and applications of international law, to which the UN has done nothing because it is obviously anti-russian and wants to serve the americans and their puppets. Russia denounced multiple war crimes since 2014 and crimes against humanity by the Kiev puppet regime, as well as continuous breaches of the Minsk 1&2 agreements. Russia did what it did because 8 years waiting for reason and dialogue is a heck of a lot of time. Every decision maker knew this was coming because Putin appealed multiple times for NATO not to go ahead with the decision of June 2021 to put Ukraine into NATO. Russia's patience and will to make things diplomatically was both ignored and regarded as impotence. Now they have the response of a coherent, responsible, and more honest (at least comparing to NATO regimes) country. Dont force Russia to showdown, they are not bluffing.
