Combining Russian stance with American style (shoulder roll, bending at the waist, slips, inside fighting etc) is LETHAL Closest I've seen to this is kostya tzyu vs Vernon forrest in their Olympic finals. An absolute masterclass by tzyu

Very good training tip! Nice, it is the same idea used in Tong Bei Kung Fu: the exercises are the punches! Also loose the arm and body, bend the chest (holing the chest) and use of legs all is the same! It is amazing the idea convergence. Keep your good work!
