He served in the military and was honorably discharged due to injury and she has OCD yet they are still trying. Living with disabilities yet not wanting to have a disabled life is not easy. Considering the recent experience with death, they seem to be living in the present while displaying potential growth for their daughter. I wish them the best of luck. A family like this simply needs to catch a break and not be judged. When he gets a good steady job, they’ll be unstoppable in their pursuit of happiness.

Typical BM pathology. This specific couple dynamic is a stereotypical BM/WW couple dynamic. He’s black & broke with an overweight WW partner & a biracial child. Typical. We’ve seen this before. He’s 28, so he’s young & she’s older than him. This compounds the problem. I suspected & knew he had little financial contribution or none at all when they spent so much time talking about her income & job. He had the nerve to have a problem with her wanting to do the “RV travel thing” when he doesn’t bring in no where near enough money. Most of “their” money comes from HER INCOME. They’ll break up, eventually. This dynamic is not healthy. She’ll grow to resent him & not respect him, if she even respects him now. And then, because he’s broken up with her, he’ll use that as a license to be a deadbeat father. I feel bad for the child because she suffers the most from this degenerate & dysfunctional situation.

If they could payoff a house in a nice Midwest neighborhood on bus stops, then they'd have no housing costs. This would allow them to have 3k per person groceries and everything else can go towards traveling. A week in most cities round-trip with hotels and food is $2500 for 3 people. You can basically calculate how many trips they can afford.... Using after tax income, they can afford 19 weeks a year of trips.... I'd recommend this life plan over what they're doing now....

Would be more beneficial to get rid of the credit card debt immediately and budget better. Try to see what can be reduced. The food bill can no doubt be split in half to 1500. In 3 months, they would have saved up the $ in baby's account and more. Also, they need to set up an emergency fund of at least 3 months expenses separate from regular savings. They will be alright.

Lovely couple. I hope the hubby gets a job ASAP or he can always learn phorography online and already start his offering services now on a part-time basis to help with his family living situation. Totally understand that they are trying but lowering food costs, creating an emergency savings account and installing a better budget would go a long way. Also, they need to start planning for stability one day as their child is 5 years away from grade 1 so a good plan towards that would be awesome and hopefully their figure that out. Good luck to the both of them.

oh my gosh if monthly spending is even around 9k-12k avg they are way over spending...its a given they will over spend for RV/Truck/gas/insurance/maintenance ... but thats required/given when thats your home on wheels + all the miles your driving...i think the food is way too much and if they cut that down to even 1k its still too much over what they can afford on 93k a year (especially given the loans are not even close to paying off yet).

Usually people like that homeschool their children. However I do not see the husband being able to do that. He does not seem like much of a planner or critical thinker. With the mom being the full time provider they would have to go into more debt hiring someone to homeschool.

I see a nice house for them in zip code 64154. 4 bed bath house for 450k. They need to both double up on jobs and payoff the mortgage ASAP. If they're focused they could be mortgage free in a couple years. Then house hack and use all their income to travel the traditional way... Flight and hotel. A week in a hotel with flights and food is $1600 weekly?? That would give them like 30 weeks of 🧳 traveling!!

They should payoff a house ASAP with extra unused bedroom bathroom suite to house hack. In the Midwest can get 4 bedroom bathroom house for 388k??? They need to buy that, and double their income a couple times with focus, and payoff the mortgage ASAP. Then, using their extra money after groceries, they can travel. This is a much easier lifestyle

I agree. Having a kid when you want to live a “nomadic” almost carefree lifestyle is not ideal with children. They should of looked into a tiny home in a nice community in my opinion, at least that’s more realistic. Maybe, they do have that planned out since their child is still a baby (I hope😳).

Wow, this seems insane for me. Their housing costs are huuuge! Why don't downshift? On 60000$ they could by 2 apartments in Thailand or a good house and elite visa for 5 years. Or rent a house for 1000$ and save the rest. Her job is remote, they could live anywhere in the world. I spend 200$ a month on my condo living like a queen here in Pattaya.

I hear ya! Some people need to figure out long term plans for real. Many ppl out there have not figured out if they have too many small kids, they need to work at home and put the time and do things differently. I have friends that spend more than they can count on the fashions for their kids or their activities but know all the while it is having a good family connection that helps you save. When I had my kid, my Mom was the one helping me out and their Mom was not able to provide. My Mom had the energy and was interested. I eventually gave him a home to live in but taught him to save by working smart

I don’t think the people that can’t come up with 400 are the ones watching this video actually. If you have an opinion on this type of lifestyle then there’s an awareness we have with money. As I sit here with a corporate job, two side hustles, weekend gig and a e-commerce business I’m looking into and with no kids and not married and making 6figures. I think they need to take 20 steps back so they can take 50 steps forward. I think she’s making most of the decisions. Dude knows this isn’t good in the back of his mind. Buy a house build equity for 2yrs then sell it, rent rv out or sell it. This is too much movement going on to early in their lives.

I suspected he had little financial contribution or none at all when they spent so much time talking about her income & job. I feel bad for the child because she’ll suffer the most from this degenerate & dysfunctional situation.
