One key thing I’ve found that helps build confidence is to lose fear of looking silly or making mistakes. Once you let go of that fear you place yourself into situations that provide experience to allow confidence to grow.

1:57 on dressing. I get to be a stay home mom in the US. I chose a long time ago to wear nice dresses and flats, makeup (at least eyebrows and lipstick 😊) every day the moment I wake up. I choose to not wear frumpy sweats and barfed on ratty tshirts. I run into neighbors and shopkeepers and always feel great because I present myself well.

one thing Ryan does which allows him to connect to so many people so easily is that he speaks to the camera like how i imagine he'd speak to you in person, when you're hanging out. he's honest, gets goofy, and does not hold back. if you can do that - speak to someone openly from a place of warmth and giving - you'd have taken a HUGE step forward :)

Love it! What stuck with me is when you mention confidence is about believing in your future self! Confidence is not easy to achieve and it should be seen as something that requires constant work. You work to improve yourself and then confidence should come as a result, and a reminder to keep going forward. Thank you!

Nice work! Always love the shout outs to Texas! Life has shown me that if I don't believe in my own abilities, no one will. Start the day strong, protect what goes into your mind, your most valuable asset.. Become the "you" that the world needs... no one can bring what you bring to the table. Thank you, Ryan, for letting your light shine, and inspiring others to do the same!

If you are able to hear what he said, his message you are blessed success is closer than you think. I guarantee you only 5% percent out of everybody that watches this video truly hears what he said. One year ago this video probably would've been pointless for that 5% because our brain only paid attention to what he wants to see and sometimes let opportunities like this one pass by. Feel blessed if your brain is able to find meaning in this video. Take advantage of this opportunity this moment give it all you got before your brain starts to focus on another probably less important thing.

Confidence is sth that builds over time. If you constantly repeat sth you get self-assured - you know what you are doing. The most fundamental thing is that you know who you are. What you value and what makes you passionate. Its a complex thing that also incorporates e.g is influenced by things like Family, friends, network, self-reflection, focus, happiness etc. You become what you think. To find the path you must be the path.

I needed this, and this hit home and didn't disappoint. Confidence to me is most of all just working, practicing and becoming extremely knowledgeable and experienced in a a skill or area of expertise. If you know what you are talking about and doing, you will be confident. That comes through repetition, practice and persistence.

Agree with most of the things in this video and tips are great. However it's important not to understate the importance of sleep. 4 hours of sleep a night (especially in the long run) is not sufficient. Lots of studies into the long term damaging effects of sleep deprivation so it's important to prioritise it
