طرز تهیه جوجه کباب زعفرانی طعم دار | persian jooje kebab saffron

طرز تهیه:
فیله های مرغ را با زعفران دمکرده مخلوط می کنیم و روی ظرف سلفون کشیده و برای یک ساعت داخل یخچال قرار می دهیم.
فیله ها را از یخچال درآورده و با روغن مایع مخلوط می کنیم، سس خردل، سس مایونز، ماست، آب لیموترش، نمک و فلفل سیاه را اضافه و هم می زنیم و در انتها پیازهای خلالی ریز شده را اضافه می کنیم و دوباره برای چند ساعت (حداقل ۵-۴ ساعت) داخل یخچال میزاریم.
بعد از به سیخ کشیدن، فیله ها به آرامی روی زغال کباب کنید.

نکات:
زعفران دمکرده را همان ابتدا به فیله ها اضافه کنید تا طعم و رنگ زعفران‌ بخاطر پیاز و بقیه مواد از بین نره.
روغن مایع را بعد زعفران اضافه کنید تا روی فیله ها را کاور کنه و چرا که آبلیمو و نمک موقعه استراحت در یخچال، بافت فیله ها رو سفت می کنه.
با توجه به ذائقه همراه با پیاز، فلفل دلمه ای هم می توانید اضافه کنید.
برای انواع جوجه کباب؛ مثل بال کباب، جوجه با استخوان و یا قسمت های دیگه مرغ می توانید از این مواد استفاده کنید.
بهتره فیله ها را از شب قبل با مواد مزه دار کنید و داخل یخچال قرار دهید.
در صورت استفاده از آب لیموترش تازه، طعم جوجه رو بهتر می کنه.
