Excellent description, explanation and demonstration video, as always. A great reminder also of what we should do every day. Thanks Christine!😊

Very good description for standing that I will have to keep in mind. I also have to be aware of not tilting my head to the left and keeping it aligned over my body.,❤❤❤

Thank you! I usually don't use cues for the head as the head position is a result of what is going on lower down in the body. You might find that if you sort out the foundation your head and neck alignment will improve too!

Excellant explanation! But could you tell us about knees. I feel my knees to be stiff.

Great information! Thank you! I had surgery to correct severe scoliosis in 1978 (age 15). I'm 61 now. My right rib cage continues to deform to push to the right (Harrington rod, be damned!), throwing my posture off. I have spondylolysthesis, causing pain and numbness down my right leg that flares up with the smallest of tasks. And--gasp!--I'm 3" shorter! I know losing about 40lbs and getting back into a fitness routine (walking, strength training and posture building stretches) will help. Remaining consistent when tired and in pain is difficult; but I think I can manage THIS exercise. Gotta start somewhere! 😊
