1. Add some curry powder, turmeric powder, coconut milk can cook curry chicken. 2. Put on fish and grill, can cook sambal grill fish. 3. Fried with rice or noodles. Become spicy fried rice or noodles. 4. Fried with petai and prawn. Become sambal petai 5. Add some onion, water and more sugar to stir fry, become sambal sauce and can serve with nasi lemak. Jika ikan billis u hendak garing, ikan billis cuci bersih dan ambil jemur matahari 2 jam, maka ikan billis kamu lebih garing dari goreng miyak.. Ok. .terima kasih. !
【Ingredients】 800g of Chili Paste 7 small pcs of Belacan (Shrimp Paste) A small bowl of Dried Shrimp 5 Onions 2 Whole Heads of Garlic 50g of Palm Sugar 3 tbsp of White Sugar 5 tbsp of Asam Jawa (Tamarind Juice) A small bowl of Cooking oil 1. Blend the garlic and onions. 2. Pour the oil in the hot pot, stir fry dried shirmp until golden brown colour. 3. Pour in the onion puree, fry until little golden then add in the garlic. 4. Add in belacan, stir-fry until dark brown. 5. Add in chili paste, mix well and add in palm sugar, white sugar and asam juice. 6. Keep the medium low heat in the whole process, fry around 5-8 mins until colour change to little dark red. Hope this works for you =)
