Sir I am diabetic and taking medicines for diabetic and cholesterol. Recently when I walk I feel little tightness in my jaw and some uncomfortable feeling around chest and hands. I consulted a doctor and as per his advice done ECG, echo and tmt. No much variation was found. He advised me to take Ecospirin AV 75/20 and Sorbitrate 2.6. I have been taking these tablets along with insulin, janumet 50/500 and Amaryl 2 mg for the last one month. But even now, if I walk along an elevated road, I feel little uneasy. If negative life time can I maintain with tablets ? If angioplasty is required after two thrèe years then no use bcoz cost of treatment going up and worry of heart attack also a problem. Sir എന്റെ അമ്മക്ക് മൂന്നിലധികം ബ്ലോക്ക്‌ ഉണ്ട് അതിൽ ഒന്ന് 90 % ബാക്കി 70% 80%. ആരോഗ്യം ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് സർജറി ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ഡോക്ടർ. മരുന്ന് കഴിച്ചാൽ മതി എന്നാ പറഞ്ഞത് മൂന്ന് മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു മെഡിസിൻ കഴിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് ഇപ്പൊ അമ്മക്ക് ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഇല്ല പഴയ പോലെ ചെറിയ രീതിയിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഡോക്ടർ അമ്മക്ക് ഇനി പെട്ടന്ന് ഒന്നും ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്ന് കരുതുന്നു

Very useful information.Sir I am 64 yrs old male with 79 kg wt and 178cm height I am taking medicine for Htn and DM for the last 7 yrs.Medicines are Metfotmin 500 mg bd, Losartan 50 mg od.Amlodipine 5mg od. Blood pressure is 140/80 and FBS 112, ppbs 140 at present My pulse rate is 58 to 64 since the last 13 yrs. I feel a little heaviness on my left chest since one month and found irregularity in pulse.Missing of beats between 1-2, 4-6 , 10- 11 like this. I am continuing the exercise morning and evening regularly and the gaps of beats increasingly after excercise. But yesterday onwards l found my pulse is ok it is regular now. സർ. എനിക്ക് 1week ആയി. Heartinu ഒരു pain. വെറുതെ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് വേദനയും, ഇടതു കൈ വേദനയും കൈ തളരുന്ന പോലെയും. കുറെ നടന്നാൽ കുറെ സമയം കുഴപ്പമില്ല. ഇടയ്ക്കു നല്ല vedanaya heartinu. എന്താ സർ ഇങ്ങനെ. വ്യായാമം ചെയ്താൽ ശരി ആകുമോ. പ്ലീസ് സർ മറുപടി തരണേ.

പെട്ടെന്ന് ഡോക്ടറെ കാണിക്കു.. ബ്ലോക്ക് 70 %കൂടിയാൽ ആഞ്ജിയോ പ്ലാസ് ചെയ്യാൻ പോലും പറ്റാതാവും.

അനുഭവത്തിൽ നിന്നും പറയുകയാണ് എനിക്ക്60% ബ്ലോക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് രണ്ടു കൊല്ലം കൊണ്ടു 80% മായി ഉയർന്നു ഞാൻ ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിലും മരുന്നിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിലും വ്യായമത്തിലും കൃത്യത പുലർത്തിയിരുന്നു എന്നിട്ടു എന്തേ എന്റ അസുഖം കൂടി എനിക്ക് ആൻജിയോപ്ലാറ്റി തന്നെ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു.
