i’m so sad i once got myself in control. i could stay for 2 days without eating. i lost 10 kilograms. but then,i started to give up. i started to eat normally. i gained 2 kilograms. i have to get back where i was. it was so easy.

Eating normally is so much better than not eating. I used to deal with disordered eating and life is better without it. I used to be cold and my hair fell out and I thought about food and burning off calories more than I should. I hope you are doing better now and if you're not please reach out to someone, a friend, a parent, a counsellor etc.
