Look at other cyber security companies websites and see who their top clients are. That should give you a place to start. You can find similar companies to that.

Cold call would be one option. Reaching out to another decision maker at the company is another.

Takeaway: sales prospecting is like hunting for customers and there are three step process. Sounds easy but is quite advance in doing it.
