Heavy clicks and loose ahhh scroll is a deal breaker for many, but the almost perfectly saturated 2K is what makes this mouse, especially compared to the half-assed implementation of many Chinese mice that are being released these days... Will work together with a tech enthusiast for the full review to try our best to get more people to know why a solid 2K implementation is better than most 4K implementations that we're seeing o7

With companies like G-Wolves or Finalmouse or any other new-age mouse company scratching at 30g and less I still believe it's ridiculous, that this is logitechs try at a self-proclaimed "superlight" mouse. 3 Gram reduction might be the biggest letdown, next to 2kHz ngl. They had the chance to throw a nuke at the mouse market and instead came up with this thing..

They really do have the resources to completely nuke the market as you said, sad that they didn't go full out, but as a replacement (if it will be one), it makes sense since pro players would switch with drastic changes.

Do you believe that pros would jump off if the mouse had -13g instead of -3g or a higher pimped sensor towards 4-8kHz instead of 2kHz? I'm not even asking for extreme reforms. I know alot of people ask for a shape-change, but I think that'd be a huge mistake. I'm just asking for them to improve more on things that would (in my opinion) benefit anybody like weight or polling rate. (Plus alot of pros started using the GPX for sponsoring reasons, but that's a whole nother topic) @@jakeufps

I can see why this was treated more like a refresh. This mouse is like 3-1 in most competitive scenes and there is no need to change that winning formula. I hope this opens up this tech to be pit into the rest of their line up that would make some great mice. How about a 60 gram g703 with these specs. Or a g305 at 45 grams with these specs. That's what I hope comes from all of this. The almighty potato can stay where is sits comfortably

i play LOL after a while it gets alot easier. never had superlight 1. but after a week or so playing league got super easy and i play better than i ever have. I'm loving mine. I had alot of issues before with my old mouse that my hand hurt, but i can play hours on end with this one.

I moved from G Pro Wireless (because after 2.5 years I started to have double click issues all the time) to G502 X Lightspeed, and I must say those new switches feel different (new Superlight have same switches as G502 X). I think that you must get used to this new switches, but it is definitely much harder to click, you need to use a bit more force. But overall as long we won't have double click issues with those new switches it should be fine.

Most mice that don't have optical switches have much lighter clicks than the GPX 2, so there's a lot to choose from. If you're happy with your GPX 1, keep it.

If you plug in the USB receiver directly in to the back of your PC, the quality of the signal is reduced due to noise in the area of the I/O shield. When using the cable + dongle + receiver, you isolate the signal from being affected.

the mouse does what it says it does perfectly. comparing this to a 4k mouse is kinda stupid considering most of the 4k mice suffer from desync,skipping, other weird glitches. the gpx2 is super safe to use and thats what makes it good to me. its consistent.

Its just subjective what suck and what not... I love the hard, tactile, mechanical keyboard-like mouse buttons, with light (light often=mushy) buttons i dont feel that i pushed the button or not, like with membrane vs mechanical keyboards, the pronounced, tactile feeling is much better.

@@r4nowo I actually hated the g pro for finger tip. Doesn’t feel natural. Moved to the pcbr8k (an actual fingertip shape) and couldn’t be happier. Claw and palm is where the g pro, imo, excels.

Do you think the coating on the white model is different compared to the black one as well? One of my main complaints of the GPX was the oily/slippy coating and discoloration, so I'm hoping it was fixed or at least reduced.

That oily/slippery stuff could just be gunk. Back when the super light came out, my g pro was oily and double clicking so i bought the super light to replace it. The super light started to get oily after some time and I’ve never cleaned my peripherals and randomly thought of cleaning it. I got a disinfecting wipe and started scrubbing it and it became very clean and like brand new. No oily look. Try giving that a go if not then idk. Cuz if I had my old g pro and gave that a go, I’m pretty sure it would’ve been that

@@stickynotes3339 It will depend what kind of shape fits comfortable in the end. I have both and can say they perform very well. I prefer a viper shape but some it may be too flat, I'd say if you're not too sure about what shape you like id say gpx. The reason for that is because the shape of gpx is way safe than most mice you might uncomfortable for long periods of time. RVU at $59 is a steal if you've like the shape.
