Samsung Fridge: How to Turn OFF/ON Door Alarm

I thought I make this video to answer a number of questions on how to turn OFF/ON the Door Alarm on the Samsung Fridge. The one I have in particular with the French door model that was purchased in 2019.
In order to change the door alarm, you'll need to unlock the panel first. The panel is designed to be child-proof so the kid wouldn't be able to change the temperature and spoil the food in the fridge.
In this video, I'll show how easy it is to unlock the panel and change the door alarm setting.

What if your Samsung refrigerator doesn't have a door alarm switch on the control panel? It's so easy to turn off the alarm with the alarm switch. It's brand new and the door open alarm drives me crazy.I have NO ALARM FUNCTION ON MY REFRIGERATOR PANEL.

I try to change my fridge and freezer temperature and it’s not allowing me to change, my freezer temp is -8 and fridge is 47 and I m trying to changing in to 0 for freezer and 37 for fridge but is keep on happening the same temp as I had before, I need help please

Do you have a way to reset the panel, I had a brown out and it is displaying 6c, 13c errors. I have set the breaker for a few minutes, but the error is still there

Sorry to hear that. Not really sure, I looked thru the manual and nothing mentions about this. Have you tried to unplug the fridge and want 10 mins before plugging back in?

I think you are referring to the door alarm chiming to alert you know the fridge door is open. You can turn it off as I'm showing in the video. Just make sure the door is closed. If not closed then the food can spoil. If the doors are closed and it chimes, something wrong with the sense not latching.

hmm. do you mean when you unlock it, you can setup the temperature but it never reaches there even hours afterwards? If so, there is problem with the fridge. Call manufacturer for repairs.
