But make SURE ITS UPDATED
Soft ware has to be updated using
Samsung Smart Device.

Finally got it to clear I've been following these steps clear and ever code that it would let me clear from 006 all the way to 000 I finally got it to stop. It has one day left on the warranty but Samsung refuses and so does the store. We purchased it from there. Aftermarket one year warranty expires tomorrow and they said we can't get a technician out till after tomorrow. So it'll cost you out of pocket because the warranty expires tomorrow I said how's that my fault you can't get anybody here. I've already told you a day ago that this had a problem. That's not my fault. They still don't want to cover the warranty

Do your Update.. if you know how.. This code came up.. after some did update.. Sadly.. Samsung Techs.. don't know how to fix it.. You need the Board update.. to control Speed or power going to unit. They can catch fire.. Don't run washer if not home. Have a Fire Extinguisher in laundry room.. That is wise for all Brands. Dyer fires, lint build up, is always a possible issue.. Fire Extinguisher in Laundy room, and Kitchen.. Best safety practice.. Smoke detector... Ya Know.. Common Sense.. that's not COMMON ANY MORE.. IN BUSY WORLD..

I do appliance Repair for a living and just want to Recommend that you purchase a Single outlet Surge protector for any electronic Washers and Refrigerators. They protect the Control Board in most.. cases of Surges.. or power failures. I get the Belkin on Amazon.. They are rated for over 1000 joules.

Great.. Make sure it's updated. Check your model and serial number for any Recall.. on the Fire Hazard. The problem most People have in my region.. is getting Samsung to send their Service people out.. in a Timely manner. The last Report I read.. The update solved the Hazard.. That may have been Updated. Sometimes it's a failure of A component.. On/ in the Board. Several Companies, won't OWN UP TAKE RESPONSIBILITY For making Mistakes.. Happy Washing..

What about when show code d1 and J1 , you press the rinse button and change to 18:88 with all lights on and do nothing else, but you press again rinse and change to put times but all are changing every second and again it won’t let you change anything

My customer has not called me back. It may occur again with a power failure or surge. I tell all my customers to purchase a Belkin single outlet surge protector from Amazon.. Any type over a 1000 Joules( rating) is ideal. You want to make sure it's got the current update.. That is done through the Smart connect..

Did you get it to the code mode..? Try 4.. The thing you must do is HOLD THE START BUTTON. For 3-5 seconds.

On three or Four.. the key was to hold the start button for around 3 to 5 seconds. I found this solution out.. By Trial and error.. lots of hours in m shop. I did not hold the start long enough. Someone else may be able to help or comment?

Super Duper Help - This also Worked on my Samsung Model WA52A5500AW - ONLY difference is that on the number menu - 3 corresponded to 955 instead but the problem was solved. [Error came about because of a power outage after a lightening storm so a UPS install may be helpful for me in the future to avoid this problem] 🥸 Rad Fix!!
