Super underrated series, I was using your other kettlebell all in one workouts but may switch to this every other week to change things up. Still gotta work on my swing form, I find I get sore back when I do it still

Thank you so much! Make sure you don’t over-extend your back on the swings. Engage your core and do a sharp exhale when you extend your hips. Your arms should just be ‘along for the ride’, try to put all the focus on hinging and extending at the hips. Make sure the kettlebell come just below the crotch at the bottom of the swing, don’t hinge all the way and end up with your body horizontal to the floor. Hope this helps 👊

Zarpythia's Dojo has really enjoyed this one Sam! I've done it 3 times this week with a 16kg Kettlebell. Hoping to work my way up to a 20kg bell in the next month or so!
