@ctwavik there should be no force to work like a dog. But the reverse should also not become a badge of honor. The problem is when people are forced to work a lot unnecessarily for a wage - that is exploitation and is mostly because some a$$h0le somewhere high has screwed up.

@@rahulrajbhoj cool... @rahulrajbhojАй бұрын
@@Yippee342 @nareshagarwal772 Before: I used to work really hard and i was passionate about my work. But it became exploitation for me and my team members. Basically I am a manager with 12 people under me. I used to never make my team members work extra or work on weekends, I used to give them comp-offs if they worked on weekends. But my bosses started hating me because of that. All bosses in all companies wants to exploit their team members and my bosses started doing the same. They started giving work to my team directly and started back-bitching about me. After watching his videos: I started not to work too much at office, I used that time for my health and looking out for homes near Mumbai. I became careless about job, because my bosses used to give me so much if I worked seriously that i used to get chest pain. Also, started saving most of my money and invest in FDs, stocks. Because of that me and my wife has saved around 25-30 lacs by living cheaply(In 2-3 years). Now when my bosses got tired of me, they mailed me saying that they will put me on PIP. On that same day I put my papers, because I was financially and mentally ready for this. Now: Now I'm serving my notice period, attending many interview calls. Rejecting new offers because now I don't want to go back to 5 days in office setting, only want remote. Focusing on learning new skills and building my freelance network. There are many cheap renting places on the outskirts of Mumbai(9-12k per month, with good amenities), either i will rent it or buy that house with my savings. Once my freelance network is set and my wife also gets tired of working, i will ask her to quit and take home tuitions of something like that. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have more questions.

There is a genetic condition called "Familial hypercholestrolemia" where an individual has very high levels of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) in the blood . Occlusion of the arteries begin at very young age , generally from the age of 10 . Such people rarely survive beyond 45 without any surgical or medicine intervention . Some may suffer heart attacks or death below 15 . All must get their kids check at 6-7 years of age for this condition as it is prevalent in many gene pools of India .

Have simple life and few desire until you have enough. Having small one child family will also help in cutting down long term expenses if you are planning to get married . This is the most sensible comment out here. I would like to add one more point - only those people in business or self employment will be able to enjoy lives in the future. Those in jobs are nothing but slaves - even the VPs of top corporates like Google are mere slaves who work for 15 hrs daily. Only those earning well via business or self employment( like actors, singers, politicians, youtubers, freelancers etc) will be able to enjoy lives along with a good work life balance. It's the hrash reality that overpopulation and AI advancement will further reduce the negotiation power of employees - AI should be banned in a huge population country like India.

2- 3 bar chhod chuka hoon job due to workaholic Bosses. But everywhere is same culture. One can come with his time in the morning but will have wait for the boss's permission or green signal in the evening and he will start taking full day report and supervise for pending task which can be done next day but he will always try to push you to complete it and will show as it's the most urgent task you missed out. Poor reality opened by You Sir🙏👍🌹

@@aloktiwari8456for non sincere employees. Persons who are sincere and hard working in nature are usually crushed in government jobs. Been in this cycle since last 12 years.

Psb work culture in india is hell toxic too. But nobody talks about it. I am currently working at a bank. I see people not working and getting appreciated for nothing everyday because of their bootlicking techniques. No matter how much effort I put in, I am never good enough. My health has deteriorated so much, I cant concentrate, cant sleep properly. Its horrible. I feel so helpless at times. And sir you were right when you said how horribly girls get treated at their workplace. The discrimination we face, on the basis of workload, is disgusting. My male co workers simply refuses to do their work or make some excuses and then that same work becomes my head ache.
