Everyone thank you for the condolences . 💜 i will update around 9pm . I do this work out twice in a row and then add 20 pushups . I notice a difference now . Doing it for 14 days ! To all my girls out there: THIS EXCERCISE WORKS! I swear, your arms will hurt like hell when you first begin these exercises, but after a few weeks, you'll get used to it. As far as your boobs are concerned, you'll see results in the first week. Don't give up! The end result is TOTALLY worth it!!

I have done this workout for four days in a row. For the first three days I did it once, then today I did it twice. I had uneven breasts due to muscle imbalance in my chest and arms area because of which one of my boobs was saggy and the other one was smaller in size. But, now after doing this workout for just a few days my breasts have started to look symmetrical and sagginess has also reduced. Love this workout, I'll keep doing it everyday.

I’ve been doing this for like 3 days every single day two times AND OH MY DAYS! This really lifted my boobs but not like sooo much, you know. I just see a little difference. Which I’m happy with. ill update xx Day 1- ✅ didnt feel a difference while doing it but it boosted confidenve Day 2- ✅ did this early and felt like i saw a difference, did this again later and they did definitely look bigger Day 3-✅ did this early again when i woke up and i didnt see a difference in size but they were definitely stronger did it again later and didnt see a difference day 4- ✅ they look more far apart but bigger day 5- ✅ had an audition today (school) so i was very tired and didnt put much effort in (ill let yk what happens)

Trying this for 2 weeks aswell Week 1: 7/8-Day 1: wasn’t really paying attention 7/9- Day 2: already seeing a change 7/10- Day 3 1/2: starting to do this 2 times a day 7/10- Day 3 2/2: second time really improved it 7/11- Day 4 1/2: I can see them already coming in as I am halfway through week 1 7/11- Day 4 2/2: a little late into the night and it’s working really well 7/12- Day 5 1/2: it is working really well I can already see it getting firm on the 5th day but I’m going to keep going 7/12- day 5 2/2: finished ✔️ 7/14- Day 6 1/1: done ✅ (btw this was not a typo I did miss 7/13) 7/15- Day 7 1/1: did it and officially done 1 week and I can see a massive change Week 2: 7/16- Day 8 1/1: a new start of week 2 and I did pretty good 7/17- Day 9 1/1: did it ☑️ 7/19- Day 10 1/1: I missed 2 days but I came back nice and strong and was ready for todays workout 7/25- Day 10 1/1 took a little break but I came back strong 7/26- Day 11 1/1 (forgot to update that day but it was done) 7/31- Day 12 1/1 took a large gap of a break but it still seems to work perfectly fine 8/1- Day 13 1/1 just one more day left 8/2- Day 14 1/1 finished it all I took massive breaks yet it still worked perfectly. I’m going to try and make up the days I missed by doing this for 4 extra days but I finished it and it worked

Been doing this consistently for over 2 weeks now and I definitely can say that it works. Made my chest perky and slimmed my arms down too - I also used weights and other simple chest workouts so those helped as well. Good luck ladies!

@@jaylinethejellybean3181 that happened to me too the first time I tried this. What I did was slow down the reps and puffed my chest out a bit so I felt it there more instead of my shoulders. Make sure to do some stretching beforehand. Hope this helps!

Seriously love this video so much. I’m 22 so the story about being a late bloomer was very comforting to hear. Also, you making conversation through the video was so nice. Friendly well-meaning ex-gymnast here, PLEASE for the love of god stretch your arms before you do this workout as it might damage your shoulder and arm muscles. I haven't really been checking in on physical changes with this one. I'm on day three of doing this twice per day and every time the biggest struggle is that burn in my shoulders. Hoping not only to improve strength through my chest but realizing this is also a really great toning exercise set for shoulders and biceps, so, thank you!

this works really well, my chest is a lot more lifted and firm in less than a week and it also got rid of some fat on my arms. just make sure to stay consistent

Day one was yesterday I believe very good work out 💪 Day 2 I almost didn’t do this today because I’ve been walking very good work out 💪 Day 3 I finished and I’m getting more adjusted into the work out it’s becoming easier for me already good work out 💪 Day 4 I took a day break because I was overdoing it with the arm exercises the day before. Good work out was a little harder today 💪 Day 5 did 2 arm work outs today very tired but good 💪 Day 6 very easy still testing myself with this one but I feel a lot more tolerant to it good work out 💪 Day 7 took a break but randomly felt like doing it before midnight again good work out 💪 I lost count but I will continue to do with work out in the future, this was a great start thank you.

I never comment on videos, but this one really got to me. I've been doing this once a day for 3 days, and today moved up to doing it twice a day. I'm 17 years old and lost about 100 pounds since freshman year, and I lost mostly boob and tummy. This workout has changed the way I view my body, my perspective on working out, and overall my self confidence. Thank you so much for making content like this for young girls like me who don't understand a thing about self care. I've always thought that it was genetics, but knowing that other people work hard to have a nice chest makes me feel like I'm not alone. If anyone would like updates I'd be happy to give them, I'm not one to give up so easily :) Update: Day 1: I did it once on the first day, felt a little sore but saw no improvement. Day 2: I did it once, and my chest could definitely feel the burn, the fat around my rib cage looked slightly more toned. Day 3: This is where I began noticing a difference. They looked more defined around the cleavage, and my skin is slightly tightening. Day 4: This day I did it twice at night, I could definitely feel the burn, and didn't notice too much of a difference, but I'm striving to work harder the upcoming days for better results. The results are a huge motivation! Day 5: I did this workout twice in a row this morning and twice in a row at night. I definitely feel a strain in my chest, and I don't know if it's my hormones killing my self confidence or maybe the heat, but they seem flabbier than yesterday. I'll keeping working for results! I'll do it 4 times again tomorrow! Day 6: I'm happy and sad to report that my lack of results from yesterday was in fact body image issues. I did this workout twice this morning and twice at night and boy do I feel the burn! I do an arm, core, and thigh/butt exercise throughout the day too so I was really feeling it. I look slightly more toned in the center of my chest, and they look a bit more perky than before! I'll be updating again tomorrow! Day 7: I did this again, twice in the afternoon and twice at midnight this time, I was a little off schedule today lol. I'm starting to not feel as sore from this, although it could be the pain in my hips taking over. I'm starting to feel a little perkier, my posture definitely improved. Im starting today!! I also lost weight, only 15 pounds but I went from having large boobs and a big booty to being like flat. My boobs used to be more perky but once I lost weight they kinda got sad and lost the shape. So I hope this works well, keep up the hard work!!!

Day 8: Today I did the workout again twice in the afternoon and twice at night, I slept in lol. Today was the day I built up the confidence to workout topless in front of the mirror and my god did I start noticing how much improvement I've made. I'm much more rounded, but still have years of sag to get rid of. I also have a toned center in my chest, which I've never seen on myself. They look like they're getting a little bigger too! I'll be updating again tomorrow! Day 9: Today I did twice in the morning and twice at night, and boy do I have news. I went my first day in years without wearing some sort of push up bra and my boyfriend complimented my appearance. I know each day I do this makes it so much more worth it, even if I can't hold a plank very well anymore. Day 10: This morning I could definitely feel the strain in my chest so I decided to give myself a bit of a break and only did it twice, once in the morning and once at night. No pain no gain! Hopefully sleeping tonight will make everything better, I'm aiming to get back to four times a day tomorrow! Day 11: I managed to do the workout twice in the afternoon and twice at night. Mentally and physically I feel exhausted due to my home life, but my chest wasn't feeling as sore as it was yesterday. I'm feeling confident this is worth the extra effort! Day 12: I was feeling depressed yesterday so I only did it four times at night, I originally put twice forgetting I did it twice at 1 AM as well. My mentality this morning is a little better so I'll be back on top of the routine soon. I've been having some personal stuff going on, but I'm back on track now. Day 13: I only had the motivation to do this twice in the morning yesterday. I've been having a hard time coping, I have a relative in the hospital right now and it's been throwing me off big time. I'll be back in the groove of things before I know it, it just takes a little time. I apologize for being a little slow with the updates Day 14: Today I really pushed myself to do better, doing it four times as I usually would. My arms definitely feel it after taking a slight break. I'm apparently going to the beach tomorrow- I'm nervous, but feel less self conscious about going than usual. I'll keep updating tomorrow, week 3 will be under a new reply :)

Doing this for 2-3 weeks! Day 1-got a bit tired Day 2-felt good less tired Day 3-started a diet Day 4-felt a bit pain in my chest Day 5-it changed a bit and it’s betting better Day 6-they started touching my arms while I did this Day7-the diet is also working and I think it’s gotten bigger

No but I’ve been doing this for about a month after my boobs got WEIRD after having a baby and breastfeeding for 6 months at 30… anyway you can’t undo all damage but this at least put them back where they belong and they look and feel so much better. Helps arm muscles too!! Do it, you won’t regret it! :)

doing this every day twice a day for two weeks (more if i'm satisfied but will only update on a monthly basis if i'm satisfied) one in the morning and one at night! day 0: doesn't count because it was late at night (about 11:50) lots of burn on my arms but weirdly none on my chest. gonna hope what you guys said is true and stick to it twice a day tomorrow and use it as a workout to wake myself up for school. day 1 set 1: ✅ done at about 7:30 before getting ready for the day after my core workout, last night i barley felt it but this time i felt the burnnnn! i hope it works but im too early in to see results. day 1 set 2: ✅did it right before my shower and it was a little less sore then last time but still a challenge, again no results in boobs yet but did reduce my armpit fat.

*Week1* :I’ve been doing this for 1 week and I can see small difference I had pain in my chest for along period of time (maybe 2 years) and finally the pain has gone with each time I do these exercises I think my bust wanted to grow but couldn’t (that’s why I felt pain ? Idk) cuz I have scoliosis in my chest area and also waist area. My body image isn’t that good but I’m willing to change it by doing exercises. Wish me good luck! *Week 2* : I'm done with week 2 and still no difference idk why, I completely forgot to do it the last day of week 2 so that's why I waited one more day to tell the results. I've noticed my chest getting more firm and perky! You just have to be consistent, everyones different so you might feel sore in some areas but it definitely works for me! I do it once in the morning and once at night, but that's your choice! Personally for the first week i did it once a day but upgraded to twice a day. :D

Small size is a blessing. Mine have been large for majority of my life, I’m 19 and they are already starting to sag, you can’t go a night without wearing a bra or you’ll be hurting BUT you’ll be hurting with one on because the straps have to be tight to even keep them up. It’s hard to find an accurate size and you can barely hide them. I’m just here to reduce the sagging

i actually don't have small boobs at all but i've been using this for a while now since i've been going to the gym more. I did not want to lose my boobs by way of losing weight and this has worked wonders! my waist has been getting smaller and my chachas have never looked better!!

This helps with big boobs that sag too! My boobs sagged and weren't firm like how I wanted to. And I literally just turned 18!!! So I tried this for only a week! 3 times a day and omg my boobs are lifted and firm!!!! Gonna keep doing this till I die!

Doing this workout everyday! Day 1: ✅ My arms are so sore! I thought this would be easy but i feel the burn and I love it! Day 2: ✅ happy I’m done, those prayer poses are so hard! But it was quicker then yesterday! Day 3: ✅ everything was super easy except the prayer Pilates things😭 glad I’m done tho! Day 4: ✅ super easy and quick! I really love the last workout it’s so fun! Day 5: ✅ did this one as soon as I woke up and right before I went to bed! Super easy love it!

Honest review, I've been doing this video for 3 weeks now and I can see the difference in my breasts. Even though it's only 1 session in the morning. But the results of my breasts are firmer and higher. And this video has entered my exercise routine every day. Starting yesterday I did 1 session in the morning and evening, let's see the results again later. The key is to be consistent even though 1 session per day as long as the routine results are also visible.

This workout really helped me. When I first started my boobs weren’t as perky or more lifted. Now, they’re more lifted and firm and kinda perky. But overall this workout does help. Do it day and night. Be patient♥️ I also do chest dumbbell workouts just to help keep it firm and stay in its shape whenever it grows. Stay comfortable in your body, love your body and don’t feel ashamed because you are flat chested. Ladies, we are all beautiful in any shape and form. omg i've done this like a couple times i'd say about 10-15 times sometimes regularly and sometimes randomly and i've gotten really good results. my bra that has fit me since i was TWELVE (i'm 16 now) is finally starting to get a bit more tighter on me and i'm thinking of getting a new one. My boobs look much better now because i was COMPLETELY FLAT before. I feel so much more confident!

I’ve done this workout for 4 days now and I can see shape happening! It works guys!! If your consist with it I truly think this workout will help you! Guys I will be doing this for abt 1-2 months? every day 2 times. Note: I recommend u to watch something else to keep u occupied while u do this workout. U don’t have to the first time u do it just once ur familiar with this workout 🙂 Day 1: No change; rlly made my chest area work and hurt tho 😫😭 Day 2: I think there’s a very small change, they’re more tender. Workout still is a little hard to do but my bodies getting used to it

i’m doing this for 2 weeks and here’s what i’ve gotten so far: Day 1: i feel the burn and i measured how far i was by finger measurements and before i started i was 3 and now 2 fingers Day 2: i can see progress and i really felt the burn Day 3: i can tell i grew them and they also help with arm muscles so not only they are growing and lifting up my chest but the workouts are helping my muscles grow in my arms Day 4: it gets easier to do the exercises and it still burns but it doesn’t hurt as much, also i my chest looks lifted than what it used to Day 5: i forgot to update y’all before but when you wear a regular bra you can see the growth throughout the process and it’s easier to do the workouts now than day 1 Day 6: honestly i didn’t feel the burn as much and previous days but my chest is getting lifted Day 7: i used to have small ones and now they’ve gotten lifted a little and it’s noticeable Day 8: not much of a change today i am super sore and i tried my best to do these workouts but so far in this one i didn’t see much of a change Day 9: i love this workout so much. i find it easy and so far not much of a change but i still have 5 days so i will have hope! Day 10: arms were kinda hurting but not much of a burn. they grew a little and i can see them changing by them getting lifted Day 11: they are most definitely getting lifted, i can easily tell by the difference that happened so far! i will keep y’all updated

Day 2✅ going pretty good the prayer pulses get me every time but it’s still good Day 3✅ getting the hang of it getting more easier Day 4✅ Today was really easy my arms aren’t that sore and my breast do seem a bit more perky Day 5✅ So Easy arms dont hurt at all still seem a bit perky Day 6✅ Day 7✅I’ve been lazy and not wanting to like update but i have done the excersize all these day Day 8✅ Day 9✅ lowkey have been lazy and not wanting to like write but I didn’t miss any days and my chest looks good Day 10✅ Easy, done Day 11✅ progress is noticeable they are perky and have lifted up will definitely continue doing this Day 12✅ im telling y’all this works !!! Day 13✅ Done !! Day 14✅ done Day 15✅ Done Day 16✅ Doneee only 2 more days leftt !! Day 17✅ Only 1 more day left I definitely recommend this workout results are worth it i promisee Day 18✅ Doneee !! Day 19✅ Final day it was great !!

@@Aq_uila you don't have to but you should. Try wearing a sports bra so it provides maximum support, other wise it may cause ur boobs to droop

Am going to do it for 30 day and see the difference aaah so excited! Day 1 ✅: i just do it no different and my shoulders hurt me so but that okii🥲👍 Day 2 ✅: good but my arm hurts so bad and no changes . Keep going 🫶 Day 3❌ : i was buzy and lazy so i just skep it Day 4 ✅: done but no changes Day 5 ✅: my arms still hurt but im going to keep going ! No change ugh !
