When I’m on my period, I have crams but they’re tolerable. The harder part is battling with my thoughts, and although working out usually helps me, it takes mental effort to get on the mat. This workout, combined with the soothing music was amazing and just what I needed.... And still challenging at the same time! I feel so good now. I did this work out before my lunch and let me tell ya it was a great workout to do if you want something without jumping and low impact but still feel the burn. I am at tennis athlete which means my workouts are usually more intense and include jumping intervals and I wanted to change it up today and it was great. Thank you!!

This is my favorite workout ever Sanne! I love your calm voice and the relaxing music. I love the choice of exercises. A mix between ones you see on a daily basis and some innovative ones. I love that it was so calm but I still definitely felt the burn! Thanks so much for this. Would love to see more workouts in such a way

This workout is perfect for legs, abs, butt and even for the back. I felt a little stiff, because of long time working in front of my computer. And I feel so much better now. There are many workouts out there, but Sanne Vloet is now one of my favourite teachers.

I've done this workout twice in one week! I saw you posted this and saved it for later (lately I've been into more intense workouts, I'm doing Barrys at home etc) but this workout was amazing for those days when you need some low impact but still feels like you did work! This was one of the best home workouts I've done in this time of quarantine. Calm, low impact, relaxing, yet you definitely feel the burn, so you know you're doing something right! 🙂 Please please keep them coming Sanne and if you did a similar, slightly longer workout 30-45 minutes) that would be amazing!! This workout it's amazing! It made me sweat a lot!😂 But low impact and really nice! I'm a ballet dancer and these exercises are really good to fit a little more the legs and core💛 love your explaining and dynamic. In general, big fan of your workouts ;) 11/10👌

thank you for this, ive been trying to get active and while i still can’t do some of these exercises (the first one had me roll over by accident haha) i found them very useful!! i began walking in april and got tendinitis thinking i was able to run without years of extreme exercise and this helped me still feel good without injuring myself any more. thank you!!!!

Small piece of advice, include stretching before and after. Just to ensure no one gets injured or becomes stiff.😊

Hi Sanne! Great video as always - may I ask you how often and how much you workout? Especially in terms of cardio, as I’m struggling to find something I like.. Do you have any tips for how much cardio you should do, and for how long during a week? And do you have rest days? Tbh it would just be nice to get some inspiration for a workout program to follow throughout the week, because I easily stress out about not doing enough or forcing myself to do something I don’t like, and I really want to have a healthy relationship with exercising❤️Lots of love xx
