This is absolutely the BEST beginners morning flow I have found so far! It stretches out all of the spots that get tight overnight. But it’s not too intense, so I’m able to literally roll out of bed and onto my mat and start my day with this. Thank you so much! ✨💖

This is THE best yoga video I've ever come across on KZbin! Thank you SO MUCH for 1) making the video only 10 minutes long, 2) going straight into the poses, 3) using poses that ACTUAL beginners can do right away, 4) doing poses that are easy enough to check on the screen while you're doing them to make sure you're getting it right.

This is this video I recommend most frequently to all my chiropractic patients who need something to start regaining their flexibility and body awareness. It's brief but effective. I like that Sarah Beth's voice is relaxing without sounding like she's trying to console a grumpy preschooler. Thanks Would you consider producing more ten minutes beginners videos so that I can have something to offer those patients who bore quickly, but really don't have the time to progress onto longer videos?

I agree with the last comment. Finally a true beginner yoga routine or, for someone who is super tight, sore after a rough workout, and just can't get into downward dog. I've NEVER seen a DD modification in all the years I've been trying to start doing yoga. Thank you for this video, I've found my morning yoga routine.

Day 1: holy shit am I out of shape. Update: Day 7: one week of morning yoga every day in combination with daily workouts, down 6.8 lbs. I started with this exact video a year ago. I was out of shape bad. It didn't take that long to be able to tell a difference. I had a bit more strength, better balance, less stiffness and my mental health improved so much. I dropped the ball unfortunately a couple months later. I've only gone back to yoga a handful of times. Only because of lack of discipline, to be honest. The benefits of even 10 minutes a day are amazing in my experience. Today, I begin again. I hope I stick to it this time.

Feeling a stretch is good, but it shouldn't hurt. If the pose causes you pain, reach the point of stretching for you and hold it there. The longer you practice the better you will do.

Dear Sara, I recently started with Yoga as a full beginner and came across your videos. I personally wanted to THANK YOU for the amazing quality you put out there. I tried many other channels and sources but for my personal opinion, most of them talk too much or too loudly and I could just not feel comfortable with their input. Recently had heart surgery, and the doctors fucked it up so I was bed ridden for a good month, with another month of shuffling recovery. Then I caught a really bad case of covid and my body hasn't been the same since. Doing this exercise everyday has helped my withered muscles and lungs get back to normal functions without making me suffer through the rest of the day. Thank you!

Sarah Beth is the best yoga instructor ever for beginners. Due to physical health issues, I haven’t progressed beyond beginner in over a year, but I’m not sure I’d be walking on my own if I didn’t have this morning routine! And her voice is amazing, so soothing! Thank you, Sarah Beth!

I've always wanted to do yoga to come in a better health. I'm dealing with hypothyroidism and struggling to bring back my energy levels. Just today,(October 16th) I found your video and gave it a start. Thank you for making it seem doable. I couldn't do some of the poses correctly but I'm sure with practice I'll be good at it. Will update my progress. after a month.

Wow! I just got back from a week in Mexico walking and climbing some of the many Mayan ruins. I am in my 60's and very out of shape so have come home stiff and a little sore. this 10 minute yoga for Beginners routine really was nice!

I typically read my workouts/stretches. I don’t like a lot of workout videos because they come with so much fluff around the actual workouts and I often find myself interrupting the workout to skip through the videos and get to the next exercise. Luckily I found this video and was introduced to your channel. Thank you for creating yoga content without the fluff.

Hey Sarah. I have been folloyou for about 4 5 years now, and with some consistency, I was able to get to a point where I was doing your 30 minute power yoga with full confidence and grace. About 2.5 months ago, I had my first baby via c section and it was life changing. Today was my first day trying to get back on mat and m glad I did. Can’t thank God enough that one fine day I did find you. I hope to get back to my previous level soon. Thanks a lot

okay so i’ve had chronic pain for most of my life and thought i would never be capable of yoga but i hurt myself doing a squat heavy workout yesterday so i tried it today. i cried at how calm and relaxed my body felt for the first time in almost 20 years, and even my brain calmed down too. this will become a important part of my morning from now on. i can’t believe i haven’t tried till now. who knew yoga could make you so emotional ❤

I'm converting my boyfriend and sisters to yoga with this video :) I've been doing it every morning for 2 weeks in a row and they love it!! After the 10 minutes, we spend 5 minutes focusing on a pose and I tell them where they should feel something happening, which I've learned from listening to you in all your videos!! This was the first ever yoga video that I followed along with, start to finish. I fell out of practice after, but recently picked it up again with more serious discipline, and I'm thinking of using this one as a warmup to some of the vinyasa practices I've seen on the channel. So relaxing, so good AND, says "beginner", is beginner. Finally.

It’s my day 1 of doing this morning yoga. I’ve always wanted to incorporate yoga in my everyday and I’m so happy I tried it. I plan to do a 21 day challenge of doing this everyday :) . Day 1 - done. Felt very relaxed and having my shoulders get stretched felt good!! Love it! Day 2 -

Stage IV Cancer, recovering from a fractured Spine. DRs said my Spine could dissolve @ any time so already hurt even before the fracture, but I started doing this Yoga routine and my back feels stronger than it's felt in many years. I do pushups after the Yoga to get my upper body strength back. Back gets sore and achey when I go more than 2 days without the Yoga. I highly recommend this routine to anyone with a sore or achey back, but I'm obviously not a DR, just a guy that has noticed major improvements from doing it. Thanks for this vid!
