I’m a truck driver and along with my yoga mat and ab-wheel I picked up from Walmart this fits into my lifestyle. Thank you both for this good routine for me to implement. I did get some sweat buildup outside in 42F temps.. so really good!

I have done this ab workout that many times now that I could do it by memory but love you guys guiding me through it. At first it killed me but the more I do it the less time breaks I take. I am down to a quick 5 second turn around but still feel a great burn every time.

Yeah this is a wonderful video! One of my bf she thought she was heavy even tho she wasnt she was perfectly thick and about 45 years old. I'm 32. But anyways she started ab wheeling ... Omgosh what an amazing difference she is so confident in her new body and slim. She had never been so happy with her body before. She started eating different too tho. And eventually stopped smoking camels Oh well I'll try it too She has tried to fight me tho on several occasions, broke my nose (I don't get to see her anymore) but she can't hit that hard after practing to punch me for over three years on a bag. I don't even hit her back when she goes to harm me . Because I don't know why she is upset. I love her her is my friend but oh well. I tried to help in everyway I could and they just drop me and remember nothing it's almost like a war of good and evil

I was already using the ab wheel, but now I will use your 10-minute routine. Pet peeve...further vs farther. If it involves distance, use farther. For anything else, use further. I stretched farther and I don't want to discuss it further.

Boy, that workout looks tough. I had one of those wheels many years ago, and after trying it once or twice, I gave up. But I think I'm going to try it once again, since my abs are in better shape now.

It's good to take it slow at first, but since you've got stronger abs now, good luck! Sometimes the lower back can ache bc of ab wheel exercises, so make sure to stretch that out afterwards if you struggle or it's tight.

You guys are great! I never thought of all the ways an ab wheel could be used. I just ordered a better one from Amazon. I would like to offer a safety tip I discovered. Do the roll out toward a wall, instead of away from it. That way you can measure just how far out you want to go. The wall stops you from going too far. Anyways, thanks for the help. Joel

If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

6/25/2020 9:37pm 1st try I couldn't do everything exactly to the "T" in the exercise, but I stuck with it for the whole ten minutes. My abs are on fire, this feels great. I'll be adding this exercise to my full body workout routine everytime I workout. Thanks folks.

Yes! It's so much better when you have someone to workout with. You hold each other accountable and also when one doesn't want to work out, the other person can help encourage them.

jeez thank you, guys. To be honest, I tried working out with you but I just could not keep up but like your wife said, all we have to do is at least try. it is a beautiful workout I hope I will keep improving in the coming days.

Man, now this is a must workout. I bought an ab roller called Ab Carver Pro and it killed me when I followed the routine. I will keep doing this, alternate, and repeat.
