Sometimes little tips change your life my friend. I can't stop saying buying good pair of shoes which has good shocks and when you do legs u better use shorts so u can see your leg's muscle while u r doing exercising. But for sure again you are a good teacher...I salute you.

Thank you very much for all the hard work Guru Sir. I have a question about 5*5 nutrition: I am 74kg and maintining calories are 2800 around 13% bf. You have recomended 3300 calories consisting of 80gm fat and 420 carbs. Is it ok to substitute 5-10% calories from carbs to fat as I want to stay around same bf%? Your help is greatly appreciated.

To loose fat do more reps 20 to 25 with low weights. to gain muscle or thick legs do 5 reps with maximum weight as u can. This video is for gain 5*5.

incredibly amazing! this really appeals me. Few concerns: 1.) Is there a way to squeeze these meals to 3 instead of 5 due to tough routine? 2.) I see a lot of diet plans including a lot of boiled chicken breast and fish in the meals, is that also covered in the diet plan designed by you by alternatives? (i saw you added 120 grams but would that suffice) 3.) couldn't figure out what spoon boost is in Meal 1 4.) Also please suggest a good supplement stack. I mean do we need whey, pre workout, glutamine, BCAA, Fish oil, vitamins etc what would be the best combination?
