I am staying at Nyati Elysia Kharadi Pune. The quality of water we are getting is too bad and yellow in colour. The reason being PMC water is not sufficient and dependancy on Tankers. Further, other nearby society recidents like Riverdale, Ganga Liviano, Zen are also facing same issue. I think you should make video on this and highlight.

So once again we have plans to build all these huge IT parks, commercial development etc. but the road leading to it is non-existent, and no plans for the required infra to support these developments. Never seen this type of upside down development in any other city !!

Absolutely true. In Pune, residential and IT towers are being developed but connecting roads doesn’t exist. Look at Hinjawadi, alternate roads connectivity from Mhalunge-Sus-Balewadi still doesn’t exist. Same goes for Wagholi, KeshavNagar and Lohegaon.

10 years back similar videos were made for Hinjewadi. Then few companie such as Barclays moved from Hinjewadi to Kharadi. The amount of construction ongoing and will happen in the future, its all a concrete jungle. There are few thing that can impact negatively: Water shortage, densely populated, new companies stop coming or existing ones move, airport from viman nagar moves, transportation to/from kharadi, and so on.

Good informative video. Kharadi definitely have the potential but infra needs to develop along with IT parks. IT Parks and commercial spaces will get developed as it is in builders hand. To develop area Kharadi needs to have metro connectivity, Wider Entry and exit road points, Nagar road traffic management - needs flyover on main choke up points like Vimannagar, Shastrinagar chowk, Kharadi bypass. Not a single Garden/green space in kharadi with so much crowd.

Wagholi's internal roads are way better than Keshavnagar. Once Wagholi is connected to kharadi from back side road (which will happen soon because of IT parks being build backside of EON), rates in Wagholi will shoot sky high.

Wagholi prices increasing but societies facing water supply issues. Companies are coming in kharadi but bus penetration is less. May become bkc but it will take a lot of time and depending on the nature of infra development. Depending on local government.

Nothing has moved from Hinjawadi except Barclays which has consolidated their whole operations in Single building in Kharadi. Before that Barclays had multiple offices in Pune and it was getting difficult to manage them.

@@7001nikhil Barclays moving to Kharadi isnt just 1, CS moving its operations to Kharadi If this wasn’t sufficient to understand the Banking pattern You should see Kharadi with your own eyes CITI, Barclays, UBS, CS, Northern Trust, and now BNY and i am sure there many more financial institutes in Kharadi which i am not even aware of With Amazon coming in and these many IT parks what else proofs we need to understand its growth speed ? The most trusted real estate advisors of Pune tells you time n again the scope of this area and yet you choose to ignore.. Had seen some residential property in around Panchsheel kharadi eon ,the construction ,colony is good. ,but they never give a clear and proper reply on the water supply ,it seems there is no PCMC water supply ,the builder just takes the water from nearby river ,treats it and supplies it to the flats ,,tankers are also used ,they say funds are sanctioned by the municipal corporation and water is going to come soon ,saw Gera ,Lodha ,near Panchsheel towers

Already prices of everything has tremendously increased in Pune, why all investments in Pune only ? Only few people get benefitted from such investments. Inflation and Crimes has been increasing day by day in Pune. Establish IT parks in Vidarbh, Marathwada and other regions of India as well so that local educated young generation can also get job opportunities in their cities or nearby places. Pune is currently facing many problems such as Shortage of Water, Traffic Jams, Pollution, Population Density, increasing slums, poor sanitation, Garbage disposal problem and several other problems. Why can't Government prefer to decentral entire investment all over the India ? One more important reason, Many Gujarathi, Marwadi, Panjabi Politicians and businessmen have black money in these MNCs. Just to avoid suspicion of people in India, these people prefer to invest in Maharashtra. At the same time, they know that if they give so much investment in Maharashtra, people in Maharashtra will be ready to do anything for them when it comes to managing things in social engineering in hostile manner for them.

Kharadi surrounding area is so much congested, dirt and traffic everywhere, trees no where to be found. Well known water issues in all the societies there. Amanora, although little bit crowded, is full of green grown trees. It is a complete town in itself. Very well maintained and managed. No water issues. I would rather commute 60 mins 2 times a week and be at peace at a home in a place like Amanora. Big parks inside, and schools too.
