This is great to hear! I just got a Sauna Box and I tried it out for the 1st time today! I purchased this for the overall health benefits, but had done some research on the benefits of sauna for mental wellness, too. My work tends to be very stressful and I feel that incorporating sauna into my wellness routine could be a game changer for me. I was thrilled that I could use my HSA for this purchase, which is what I did. Thank you for sharing your positive review.

good to see you back! Is this similar to the heat from a steam room as opposed to a traditional sauna with dry heat?

Thanks! Yes it’s heated by steam through a boiler. Mine gets to 135 F, but with the humidity it feels like 170-180ish.

Couple questions: have you used this in a cooler room? The place I would put this would get cool in the winter. Also, I noticed you said you tap out at 10 minutes now instead of 20 before. I thought that you'd be able to stay longer in it after using for so long? Thanks, I'm extremely interested in this

@@Haddley333 I have mine in my garage. It gets down to 50-55 degrees (also gets up to the 90s during the summer). In the hotter months where my garage is hotter, I can’t stay in much more than 10 minutes, It gets near 140 in there not counting the humidity. When it’s a bit cooler though, I can still make it 20 minutes, it gets around 120- 125, but that still feels super hot with the humidity. My body never got used to being in that kind of heat, you’d think it would but I find it just as useful today as I did when I first got it.
