Brian you're the man. Love this content ST06! I'd love to have a video specifically on being a tall lifter utilizing a conventional dead-lift. Different mobility drills you do, stances, cues, accessories for specific weak points, optimal hip angle, etc.
@xinsanedefeatx
@xinsanedefeatx 7 жыл бұрын
James Keeton sounds like you need someone to help personalize your form. They can give as many tips as they want for tall guys, but a 6 ft guy thats all femurs is gonna be different from a guy with a long torso or tibias. Then width comes in, wide ass dude like Shaw is gonna be more "hippy" than a skinnier dude who may use more glutes than hips, etc, etc
@JamesKeeton1
@JamesKeeton1 7 жыл бұрын
Possibly, I'm getting it figured out though. I've always been a Sumo puller. Been prioritizing conventional and it's just a little foreign. Lots of video is helping. Thanks for the suggestion.

Didn't notice it until I read this, but dead on. Rest of his skin is nailed to him, but not at his chest. No hating, just an observation though
