dr sahib, 45 age from karachi. belly fat cant be reduce by walking only. 10k steps is like 5kM. cant possible ur age is above 60 walking is only u can do in this age. but if u have middle age then 3 things u can reduce belly fat fast dont eat too much eat 2 times daily meal walk 2 times one in morning one in night after dinner after 1hour. drink green tea before bed. its my experiences to reduce belly fat in daily life.

Your comment is not scientific where have you read that after 60 yrs walking is the only thing you can do. Strength training and resistance exercise are recommended strongly for people in their 70s and 80s
