Why is the first line written differently ad if its like an octave up or something? Since when were there octaves in drums
@MikeBarnesDrums Жыл бұрын
It's the bass guitar part written for reference! Hence it says "(bass)"

quick doubt. In the first line of the notes there are a bunch of different notes which are placed above the line. I don't really know what they are for but they seem like extra toms. I didn't see you play anything like that in the start. So are they hi hat notes itself or you couldn't play them due to the lack of the toms?
@MikeBarnesDrums4 жыл бұрын

I've a short doubt of 1 note, in the 5th bar first note it says high-hat, bass dum and small tom together however none of the other drumcovers including yours have played that, is this my misunderstanding or there's a reason behind it? 0:17
@MikeBarnesDrums Жыл бұрын
Above the note you're talking about it says "(HH on repeat only)". So the tom is played with the kick the first time (0:17), and the hi-hat (and no tom) is played when that line is repeated (0:24).
