100% agree with panic attacks being one of the worst pains/experiences. I have dealt with panic disorder/depersonalisation and i have so much respect for you. You're so strong man. I'm sure things can get better, good days will eventually become more frequent.

I think I understand your struggle. It sounds like a tough illness to deal with. You usually cope really well but it gets overwhelming very easily. I hope you can manage to find some time to engage in activities that make you relaxed and inspired. Greetings from Italy!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I know that it helps me when you open up. My mental issues don’t effect me to the extent that yours do but it helps to hear your experience. It helps because I don’t feel alone in this world. Other people are struggling too. You’re at a low point but things will most likely get better. All of your supporters want the best for you. Whether that be friends and family or random people on the internet. With my greatest sincerity, good luck.

I know the struggle my friend. I also know what it feels like for my whole inner world/brain chemistry to change for no reason. Maybe that's where you're at right now. A random shift. General advice that may or may not help: careful with the vaping. Nic levels and how much you're compulsively doing it. I was vaping at too high a nic strength and too much in general recently and it was frazzling me and bringing me towards that more psychotic area mentally. Be careful with caffeine and stimulants in general. I've tried to move towards calming drugs and herbs. Kava, Ashwaganda, Valerian, Red Strain Kratom, Passion Flower. Just anything that will make my brain buzz at a lower frequency and will relax rather than stimulate me. Get enough sleep and weather the slog. That's what this illness is. Exhausting slogs of time. Much like weathering a bad flu. During the bad times you don't live. You just survive. Survive and wait until one of those quieter periods finds us. People don't know the struggle. It's hell. People who survive it are tough fucking people. There's no other way to say it. Peace and Namaste. Message me if you want specific advice about calming herbs and strategies. I'm 29 so I've been through the whole thing for a few more years.

Jacob...Maybe the best thing to do is talk to your doctor about adjusting some meds? And even though you don’t like talking to ppl lately, you may just may find that it might be just the thing you need to do to see why your feelings/emotions/paranoia is kicking up. Have you mentioned any of this to your parents? What do they feel about it?

Dear Jacobb I've suffered from paranoid schizophrenia for more than 25 years. My psychiatrist put me on the anti-psychotic drug, Sulpiride, (one tablet twice daily) and, apart from a time when I stopped taking it, I haven't had positive symptoms of schizophrenia (some negative symptoms but these are getting better, I think, the more I journal, and also go for walks in parks/the countryside). I really like Sulpiride. It's been good to me! I hear you about your worry over the lack of a lock on your door. I've learned the hard way to take the bull by the horns and tackle problems head on. Maybe you could phone round 2 or 3 locksmiths and find the cheapest? I needed my locks changed a few years' ago and it cost £80. I am currently reading a book at the moment about the Mother. I know my mum did the best she could, but she was going through a lot of stuff round about the time I was born, was stressed and maybe couldn't focus on me as much as she would have liked. They say that one's personality is largely developed from the years 0-5, and my mum just wasn't there for me - then, and all my life. The book I'm reading is called 'The Emotionally Absent Mother' by Jasmine Lee Cori, and there is an accompanying workbook. It's an excellent read. I recommend it. My dad was physically present, kindly, but distant. I looked up: 'the emotionally absent father' and I found this link: exploringyourmind.com/healing-wounds-absent-father/ I enjoy Kati Morton's KZbin videos (she's a licensed therapist). She's made videos on 'Schizophrenia' and 'Psychosis'. She also recommends a book about the emotionally absent father, entitled 'The Unavailable Father' by Sarah Simms Rosenthal. Kati has made videos entitled 'The Emotionally Unavailable Father' and also 'The Emotionally Unavailable Mother'. I have journalled, mainly about my birth family, but also things that are irritating, disturbing me, roughly once a week for many years, and I have become more forthright, practical, down-to-earth, as a result. I have more energy. Journaling is my way of releasing anger and anxiety and I always feel better after a writing session. Schizophrenics can get diabetes or heart disease, and I am starting to watch my diet, especially when it comes to sugar, chocolate etc, as I have a sweet tooth and reach out for cake, biscuits etc when I'm upset or stressed. Bananas are recommended for people who love desserts etc as bananas are a slow-release type of sugar so don't give that 'sugar-rush' then 'slump' and they're something dieticians recommend for people with a propensity to diabetes. I hope this ramble helps in some way. Keep up your good work. Thank you for sharing. It has really helped me. Wishing you loads of good wishes for the future. If you have any queries on what I've written, please ask. Best wishes, Heather

I had my first episode and am not schizophrenic yet - i have schizophreniform and already so many things you said resonate already. I feel like my brain is jumping up and down, minute I get stressed I start thinking people are attacking me through social media, making comments directed at me and coming after me at the shops yelling at me that i’m a slut or all these things. It feels like I could get a little too into the delusion and just get chucked into hospital again, people see psychosis and they just get scared and want to put you away.

all you have to do to overcome all of your problems in life is slow all of your thoughts down and specifically pick and choose exactly which sentences and words arise in your mind. it's hard at the beginning because we're just so used to listening blindly to our own minds, but we cannot do that anymore if we want peace

I'm also borderline personality disorder which I hear is MEGA comorbid with schizo. I just started realizing everyone talking crap about me is actually hallucinations. I am stressed at work. They're giving me more hours than I asked for. I'm cutting CBD which I recognize I didn't get the hallucinations until after CBD, I'm cutting caffeine, so herbal tea only, and cutting any alcohol for a month as it says to do to confirm it's not a substance. But will most likely restart the caffeine not the alcohol or CBD though. I overdo sugar. I workout when I can and drink plenty of water. Try to take vitamins. Have been dealing with anxiety on top of the Borderline. Probably been dealing with this now Maybe 4 mos? I'm 33.

Get a lock on your door and tape your webcam then your brain won’t as easily go haywire. Btw I have melancholic depression and I’ve sorted out the drugs a few times and have no issues from it. Some of the extreme negative symptoms share a commonality with Parkinson’s and schizo-affective disorder. Every-time I get an idea I see the medical community is already on it, some of the best scientists they’re absolutely amazing. I’m sure you got it hard just gotta do what you can, pretty soon they’ll have it sorted out (I guess great progress in a few decades). The severe negative symptoms are the front of the brain. It’s just funny to me some people don’t get it but the drs do and you live it. I’m pretty lucky once I sorted out the drugs (like 8 changes) I’m good

Play the game "killing floor". Its a FPS horror game that exposes you to high anxiety content. basicly you got a gun and you shoot zombies. The whole idea is based on Exposure Therapy, a therapy which exposes you to the thing you are anxious about in order to desensitise you. Currently therapists are using Virtual Reality goggles in treatment to expose patients to anxious content in their practices. But the game "killing Floor" is a constant jump scare. After playing this game your numb to anxiety for the whole day. another thing I saw you smoke, the nicotine high is calm and peace, but the nicotine low is anxiety. This is something I found which might help

Hey man, I'm sorry to hear things are rough. I understand about panic attacks--they're awful. I wanted to let you know, when I used to take meds for my anxiety every day (I tried many for anxiety:, Xanax, Ativan, Buspar, Clonopin, SSRIs, and even antipsychotics) I found that daily use made my anxiety worse. If you take an anti-anxiety med, maybe a daily anxiety-med could be making it worse?

Jacob, I didn't visit your channel for some time, several months or so, maybe more, and I remember you feeling awesome on the Seraquel, so this comes as a shocker to me. I remember you experimenting with dosage, I think you reduced it to 300mg from 400 or something like that. Maybe that's the source or the cause of the issues? Or maybe your body started developing a tolerance to the medication?

Try to put your awareness in the body, it will lower the activity in the head so you can be more self conscious. you can then look at these triggers more conciously and let them go more easily. Also do whatever "raises" your self-consciousness e.g. meditaton, sports, yoga, self developement. You have to control this ilness lol its tough but possible i think.

you'll always have problems if you say ridiculous things like "it's the mind doing it" which then takes responsibility off of you to fix your problems because in your head your blaming it all on this "disease" within you. but really none of that exists. you need to meditate and slow that fucker down for a few minutes. meditation is your golden ticket. try to BE, without thoughts and ideas and you'll see that there is a vast space of peace behind that is the real you
