Hey Vaos, there’s a mod out there called ‘Hot Spot’. It’s basically an upgraded version of the thermal view giving you a more clear picture as to how hot something is.

While the parachute opening parameters were a problem, you also had your altitude indicator set at sea level (over water) when it should have been "ground" which takes into account the altitude above sea level of the ground directly beneath your craft.
@Concavenator_corcovatusАй бұрын
But that doesn’t change the when the parachute opens, and he wasn’t paying attention to your altitude you just have to deploy your chute as soon as the icon turns grey
@bazem28 күн бұрын
The parachute deployment is always based on your ground altitude, your altimeter config does not change that.

Vaos, INCREASE THE SPREAD ANGLE ON YOUR CHUTES AND SWITCH THE ALTIMETER TO ABOVE TERRAIN PLEASE. Spread angle is the amount of drag the chute makes and switching your altimeter can show you how actually high up you are.

Have you tried moving the center of mass with moving around fuel ? If you cant move fuel around you could make it so that fuel is not used in a certain tank so that the center of mass moves the way you want it when the engines are used...

You can change the policies so that you will not gain reputation but get more profits instead the downside is the mission you will get are more or less the same as long as you dont change the policies again...which is good if you want to have lots of similar tourist missions for a quick buck.

watching last video i just knew that not taking survivability was going to make survivability so unsurvivable, pleasantly surprised lol. also, those goo containers, I always put them in a service bay, along with thermometers, barometers, antennas, etc. if i have science jr and science storage, the storage goes in the service bay too and will hold the science jr's findings.
@joshuajackson472Ай бұрын

@@joshuajackson472 never said he did. was just saying that his is what I do. its in response to him saying they look bad. you dont have to put them in a service bay at all, but doing so looks better and helps with aero. main thing he needs (and as he first thought he should have gotten) is survivability, namely heat shields. but that tech also gives you the barometer.
