Gloves can actually be more unsanitary if they are not used correctly. So if the kitchen is clean and they wash their hands often and when they are supposed to, it is fine and normal in the industry.

​@@modernLempo The thing that does surprise me - no hair nets. Some participants especially among the ladies have long hair which is not always bound up that well. With proper binds it's no risk of getting hair in the food, but a minor error can already cause it.
