Derek, get the granulator going. This would make recovering copper from wire so much easier. Feed wire in one end and clean copper comes out the other.

The big breakers I would try to sell on the internet They may take a long time to get rid of But normally there anywhere from $500 to $5000 And because you deal with a lot of electricians, you might want to let them know that you have those 👍

Yea the fiberglass from the cutoff wheeks makes me itchy to. But I usually wait till after the fact to say "I should have worn sleeves" lol

On the interlocking E's and I's transformers I split them with an old axe and hammer or a hatchet and hammer fof the small ones. Same concept as the stator wrecker guillotine blade.

You need to go oldskool on that s£&it get the air chisel out I would say about 1 second. Also the air shred cutting tool and the air rivet remover. Mate they made these tools for the jobs you are doing. How about you try it and conpair to your usual methods it's God dam fun ripping through that like butter. Last two pickups all double copper 1000 watt lithonia transformers. A lot bigger than normal 1000 watters 7.3 pounds of copper each!

I once scrapped some Asian Noodle Carts. I really can't imagine Asians sitting on the curb selling noodles. Im dissappointed at the price the scrap yard gave me for the brass. I should have melted them carts down. Also at my local yard i get into arguments with staff as they can't discern between cast and extruded. They keep throwing extruded into the cast pile. The guys working there aren't too brite and i get a feeling they misuse the tare weights from the provided carts and biins to shave off as many lbs as they can. Cheaters

I always weigh my stuff because I ran into a bunch of tare weight issues. Sucks! good luck on finding an honest yard.
