This video introduces a radically different strategy for breaking our addiction to our smart phones. It's a technique that I call "screen binging."
The basic idea is to spend a day or two or three over indulging in your screens as a way to turn the seductive craving into something more like revulsion.
This might just be one of the most effective and powerful strategies for overcoming phone addiction.
