I love these videos! I injured my knee a few weeks ago, and haven’t been able to workout! This video and your other one have inspired me to move my body! The best part is, all the exercises are accessible with my injury!

Absolutley love this workout. It has helped so much in the past 2years while working through a hip injury . Thank you so much Ash for your great support in keeping me moving while the hip healed. Your workout is now a part of my regular routine . Love it.❤

I started this video 18 mths ago after a hip injury. It has now become a part of my regular exercise routine as it's efficient and enjoyable. Thank you so much Ash for this great short seated workout which is so easy to fit into an exercise plan .

Thanks for this. I'm a mid life regular gym-goer but laid up after hip surgery. These programs produce decent effort-driven cardio without going over the top and risking an injury. 👍👍

So happy to have discovered your channel Ashley. Really appreciate what you’re doing for those with limited mobility. I’m healing from a bilateral hamstring injury and this is one of the things that’s helped me cope ❤

So helpful. Thanks! Recovering from ruptured Achilles tendon. Three weeks post op and I have been itching to get back. Tried to do some stuff myself (I’m a group fitness instructor) but is hard to motivate myself. This was perfect!

Hi, this is wonderful.. I had surgery in my ankle a few weeks ago, and I started feeling horrible. I have been doing you now for a few days and exercising again is 👍. Thanks so much for doing these videos.. hope you have more seated exercise..

Thank you Ashley....I have a bum knee and back. This has been a real blessing finding you!! I've lost just over 40 lbs so far but I need to lose more for Heart surgery and I need to tone. This was a great video! I see you have a seated /Chair Yoga video as well so I will be checking that out too!!

Good, quick workout for the upper body. i broke toes in both my feet and needed something to replace my full-body circuit workouts. This workout will fire up your upper body!

I’m unable to do cardio for a few days due to a hip injury. So I decided to give this seated upper body workout a try and I loved it! Great workout while seated, I recommend! 👏

My husband and I did this workout together. We loved it. He has knee pain and it hurts to stand up. So being able to do an upper body workout but sitting down was perfect.

I'm having knee issues, and this is a good seated workout for right now. I modified the uppercut movement as it was much too fast for me. I'm 83 and have worked out for years, and I would rather modify than give up.

Thank you for this chair workout. I fractured my leg and haven't been able to work out but found your channel and it was awesome. My arms and shoulders were on fire from lack of use for 2 weeks. lol Also, could you tell me where you got your top? I've been looking for something like that for a long time.

I really need to strengthen my arms, but like many people in a chair, I have minimal core strength. I can't lean forward slightly for the rows or triceps. Is it okay to lean all the way forward and lean on my legs? Thanks.

Great session but u should have added in a quick cool down sesh and even a warm up w/o DBs in the beginning. There will be many who won't be able to lift their arms tomorrow bcz they didn't know about cooling down post this. Yeah u said a stretch would be nice but showing is better. ❤

I broke my knee and i am literally just sitting and lying in bed, i am missing working out (i had sport accident), feeling better myself! Also, i didn't know how hard it is moving my body seated😅

These combination moves work in theory but not reality. Women have typically weak shoulders, so for instance upright row with a challenging weight is almost impossible to take arms out wide from that position.
