Bethany was the only one who was completely happy at the time so it went passed her and took the old men from upstairs instead. That's why she was left standing next to the game when all the others were taken.

I really liked the Cameo at the end with Nora, Bebe neuwirth, who was in the original movie, I imagine that if the male a third one they would bring the rest of the original cast since the animals got out to the real world like in the first film, Seb you gotta check out the original, still holds up to this day

But what happens if you just stay in the game, can you still die of old age? What if they destroy the game completely now, will he still be there as a horse or will it basically kill him?

Kind of implied that when you 'log out' time reverts to the moment you went in, but if you never log out, if you choose to stay, then you sort of actually get the reward and fulfill the promise of the game - a game for those who seek to find a way to leave their world behind. So he probably lives out his days in his own private instance of Jumanji. Maybe having adventures or whatever. Basically, it's an idyllic afterlife at that point. But also pretty inconsistent, because Colin Hanks and Bethany don't go in until night and they come back out in the middle of the day.

Technically this was the 3rd movie. The first one was with Robin Williams. He's the one who made that place where Seaplane was staying in , in the previous movie with the candles. Remember the carving that showed the name Allen Parish. That was Robin Williams .
