Sitting here in my room in Britain between storms having stocked up with food for the weekend so I don't have to go out again and after fixing the heating boiler that stopped working this morning even though I don't know how we will pay for the fuel we are burning to stay warm, this video is like looking at life on a different planet ! Since you are inviting viewers to help by joining Patron, does this mean you will be going for a new boat and more adventures? Hope so, My best, David

The LG G6 is rated IP68, using the Ingress Protection rating system. Despite this classification, your device is not impervious to water damage in any situation. ... Do not immerse the device in water deeper than 1 meter for more than 30 minutes.

Also my Austral 30 is currently in Lake Macquarie which is full of razor clams (and bull sharks periodically) , Might give the clams a miss if they are not so good, rather have the flatties and tailor without being potential sharkbait (water gets a bit murky) , if you don't mind can you let me know the brand of the drone (I may have missed it in your vids), All the best from Gazza, btw I have a hawkins futura pressure cooker, they rock!

Hi there from a wet and humid Sydney. I googled your phone: " The G6 is the company's first dust- and water-resistant flagship. It's rated IP68, which means you can dunk it in up to a meter of water (about 3 feet) for up to 30 minutes." So yes it is water resistant!!! Lucky you.
@jasonstork96062 жыл бұрын
Pascy I did the same with my old iPhone. I did some reading and they have IP67 protection giving water resistance at 1metre depth for 30 minutes. The phone has been fine for months. I would certainly download the data but you never know, it might be OK. Best of luck.

Hot tip for Razer clam, or razer fish as we call them here. There soft guts is a miraculous bait. The only bit that isnt good as bait is the black gritty part. So eat the heart musle and use the guts as bait. Furthermore, if you cut the duct mussle, so the shells open just a little bit. But dont pull them apart, so they're just a little bit open. Then poke your knife in and mash up the guts a little. Then through it into the water as a natural burleypot. Fish right ontop of the razer clam and you'll do famously Razer clams are a gift to fisherman from the universe!!! epic to eat, epic as bait, and natures burly pot

What a relaxing vid that was; lazing around wing-on-wing, a drowned phone coming back to life with next to no effort, huge mussels steaming away in the pot, and himself in his jocks casting a line over the side. Just a peachy day. This is what we are here for, not the rat race and the struggle. More power to you.

My iPhone stopped working after I rode out a quick squall on deck with it in the pocket of my waterproof top. I put it in rice, in the sun, on top of the heater, all to no avail.
