Wow! This is one of my favorite interviews. I discovered Evy a week ago and have been binge-watching all her interviews on KZbin. This one is similar to the others in content, but the host, Sean, asks really good questions. I'm glued to it like it's my first time hearing Evy speak. With a Psychology degree and experience in Human Resource Management, I've interviewed thousands of job applicants and learned a lot about detecting lies and deception, often the hard way. Most of what I did afterward was based on intuition, so it's validating to hear Evy’s insights and learn some new tricks from her. Now, as a professor teaching Understanding The Self and HRM, I'm diving deeper into topics like identity, authenticity, and adaptability. Thanks so much, Sean and Evy. I’ll be showing this video to my UTS class when we start next week!

Важные моменты 28:55 - The more stress you expose yourself to , the better you become at problem solving 31:25 - You become what you are around. You must be around what you want to become. 48:35 - When you ask people a question ask them something that lets them tell you a story. So when you let people tell you their story the way they want to tell you their story.

Humility has become my greatest teacher. Stress gave me resilience. Your right about just Do. Adapting to change. Be a part of the solution or a goal. Inspire, encourage and be teachable. I made many mistakes and bad choices in my youth and teens. Then the desire or the call to serve others grew at age 25. Now at age 68 I don't recognize myself. The world is going to fast and I am burnt out. I am stuck and lack motivation. I am extremely fatigued. My goal now is to volunteer in a home for unwed mothers before and after they deliver their babies. All my old slogans and do it anyway haven't worked. I hope reading your book Evy will motivate and inspire me to JUST BEGIN. 🌹

This was a really great interview. I have seen almost all Evy interviews and some were same same same. But this one was different. I loved it. ❤

Evy talked for almost an hour and I've learned a lot while you focused on her looks instead. Where is your brain, dude?😅 But Evy is gorgeous and she used to wear a ponytail but this look suits her as well
