Y’all so this video was made to let people know about this neutral ending. And that Alphys isn’t just an annoying character. In this ending you can see her change into a better person. Which shows how much thought and time Toby fox has put into this game.

One thing I love about alphys is that not only is her stutter here almost completely gone but she’s way more confident. It shows she’s not just an anxious pushover, but she’s still kind. I wish more people understood that part of her. I’m tired of reading fanfics where she’s just an incoherent babbling mess

Actually, you can also access this ending by killing everyone in ruins, but not killing everyone in Snowdin. It worked for me.

Damn in my first ever playthrough of undertale the only boss that survived was like Papyrus and Muffet like i really did not experiment at all and the ending was just really sad 😭 Pretty sure i killed Asgore and Flowey too at the very end...

I would hardly call this a "secret" ending. It's as much of a secret as any other neutral ending. In fact, the only endings I would ever call "secret" would be the Soulless Genocide/Soulless Pacifist endings. And even then, those are pretty commonly known.
