So much of what Ben spoke about for mental game i had solved in my life for the longest time and i got lazy ; stopped working on the daily emotional and mental part of my life and guess what, my life fell apart. Bad luck happens to everyone, its about minizing the loses and staying at your very best each day. Phil galfond had a good approach years ago called G bucks, how much you should have won playing good, know what we know as EV but it was a little more realistic then just allin ev, cause you have to call in spots or jam where its plus ev but you lost.

I guess ICM is much like gto. When regs actually make gto bluff they tend to say "fk gto solvers" and when they make correct icm call they tend to say "fk icm im all about future ev"

Oh and when you point fingers, there are always 3 pointing back, take responsibility for every down fall in life and you will take back control. What could have i done better even though im running bad.

Ben's the goat. Just came off the worst downswing of my life (over 1k games losing) and my ROI is still around %40. I used to use upswing and had a minimal win rate. Since switching to RYE years ago I'm crushing 95% of the population. My GG account is hidden but it's even better than stars! I'm no one special, I just grind the TMC and bounty beast courses, and wow most players suck!!!!!! #RYE

I love you Ben, but you gotta stop the lecture so much during the technical part, it's hard to follow your speech when you're talking about what to do then lecture about mentality etc.
