Thank you for the helpful summary. I'm sharing this with my husband, who thankfully already follows these recommendations. I have noticed that many men (and just people in general) are so dug in when it comes to believing the popular misconceptions about soy, meat, dairy, and eggs. Even when presented with clear evidence that soy is beneficial and animal products are not, they refuse to believe it or even consider it. As the saying goes, people want to hear good news about their bad habits.

We agree with your assessment related to pandemic - however it doesn't mean you throw the baby out with the bathwater.

What prevents mgus and mm? No one ever ever talks about this cancer.
@kuriskoandco8 ай бұрын
Yes MGUS (Monoclonal Gammopathy) is uncommon and although considered noncancerous - it is associated with a higher risk of developing multiple myeloma and other rare blood disorders. I would encourage you to watch my interview with Dr.Brooke Goldner - she has successfully treated so many auto-immune disorders and more with whole foods. Thanks for pointing this out! LK

@@kuriskoandco thank you...I do watch her but her diet is very high fat...and she has said nothing about blood cancers...only autoimmune conditions.
