This is actually one of the most predatory things I've ever seen on Shark Tank. I'm a psychiatrist... so maybe I'm out of touch... but how does it make sense to sell overpriced clothing to people struggling with their mental health? I don't see this helping any of my patients... sure it might help them accept who they are and what they're going through... but you don't need to spend $60 on subpar hoodie for that.

I really like the idea of this. Also, I wonder if she has any patents here, or else there will be copycats in the future. Also, somehow this reminds me of Bombas socks, if she can try the strategy Bombas has done, the branding will be bigger. For example, donating shirts to mentally ill patients would be great. I truly hope she will stay true to this path can keep on doing what she is doing now. Good luck to her!

Profiting off peoples struggles is such a nasty business model, these shirts are something no one over the age of 20 would buy.. I’ve struggled with generalized anxiety disorder since I was 12 and a shirt “reassuring” me everything is gonna be okay is so whack, go to therapy and see a psychiatrist to step into the right direction of becoming better mentally, not buying a shirt from someone who’s sole purpose is to become a millionaire.
