Michael Richards was the Dennis Rodman to Pippen and Jordan's Chicago Bulls. He was the only one hired uniquely for a specific talent, where the others mostly developed together as a team. With Jerry, Jason, and Julia the humor came largely from their comradery and thus the authenticity of their interactions. Its being fun for them made it funny for us, the viewer. With Michael it was much more of a job. He was performing a specific task with extreme precision, a task which would at times be frustrated by the more laid back approach of the other three.

12171010011010 exactly. Also factor in playing a goofball nonstop trying not to get the giggles & laugh at yourself. Some of these shots need countless takes due to laughter. The goofier the character, the harder it is for the actor to keep it together. He simply sees too much laughing & silliness as a distraction to keep her persona in check for the cameras.

You can tell they already knew they had something big in their hands, and they had a blast doing it. I loved watching Mrs. Constanza blurt out a "sh1t"!

I thought Jerry would be uptight during these bloopers. But I'm glad that I was proved wrong.

Damn the 90's were so much better than the 2000 shows.

Funny, Clever, Witty, Smart. I think this is the best sitcom. Friends had a storyline and went in some sort of chronological order. This show was different mostly every episode and had no rhyme or reason. Genius and Ingenious

It's cool that they kept these bloopers in the episodes! Makes it more organic.

I finally realized what made Seinfeld so fucking great. they actually eat in their scenes. like what normal people do
@winomaster6 жыл бұрын
They do that in lion documentaries too, but those just bore me.

@Saul Goode Agreed. As Seinfeld progressed and the actors more fully developed their respective characters, the pacing of the show picked up and laughs kept coming one after another. More laughs in the first five mins than other comedies had in a complete episode.

So lack of eating was what held your general tv experience back? I doubt it.
@poopypants88153 жыл бұрын
@@pflaffik. I watch Miyazaki films. They always show the people eat in them. So does Tarantino flicks. I like realism in movies. Doubt all u want dude.

It’s interesting watching Kramer (Michael Richards) during these outtakes because it was once reported that he whenever these bloopers occurred, they would frustrate him and he would usually end up getting mad. He reportedly didn’t like actors to break character because he didn’t like having to re-do scenes. You can see the frustration in his face in lot of these scenes. A perfect example is at the 4:30 mark when George (Jason Alexander) cracks up. Kramer very seriously tells him, “Don’t laugh. You don’t know how hard this is for me.”

LOL, I love Michael Richards at 2:40. "George, please..."

I guess the laundromat was built inside the diner set since we see the payphone when Kramer opens the door.
