The idea for this series came to me when I realized that I didn't have enough lessons that I learned through personal experience.
So instead of regurgitating self-improvement advice from Hamza, Tate, Christian KZbinrs, etc.
I would document myself going through self-improvement and learning those lessons.
This means that this series has to be 100% honest.
