Kagoni mentioned Hibiscus tea but also learnt it's a threat to the dental say about that. Carol, I have most of these things like ni methods za usage zangu ndizo poor .like now I have black pepper, chia seeds, hibiscus,ginger,green tea, cayenne groundnuts .I plant like,mint cucumber. I buy almonds cinnamon ,cummin ,stevia.SURPRISINGLY,Ly I'm suffering from many lifestyle diseases diabetes This is why I need to book an appointment uniadvice when am ready.

Hae Monica I really appreciate you bringing this healthy content, am learning and exercising more alot, congrats again. Monica you are also addicted to sugar this is the reason you can't do without it. My advice to you is to start by reducing the amount you use per a cup, if you use two teaspoon of sugar reduce to 1 teaspoon and by time you will notice the interest of sugar is going away

This is a very informative episode. Please REDUCE YOUR STARCH. It is very dangerous. I was diagnosed with high blood sugar eight months ago. I reduced my starch dramatically and the blood sugar is back to normal - no medication. This lady has a very important message. Listen to her.

minimize completely rice and anything processed into flour. Eat veggies with the stalk ie. skuma, brocolli etc eat raw veggies tomato, hoho, salad, with lemon and olive/coconut oil. cook with olive/coconut/butter/ghee/or mafuta ya ngombe/kondo. do not snack. Try intermittent fasting.

@@nancywachira6770 for a baby I would go with more nutrient dense foods. No wheat, do fruit and veggies, mom's milk or formula or the milk you can get. for uji Like Caro said, avoid the mixed unga ya uji.
