I’ve had these little loop bands hiding in my closet for five years….never knew how to work out with them, so I had put them up and forgot about them…until TODAY! Wow, Lauren. Loved this workout….I’m so glad I didn’t get rid of these mini loops!! ❤

Fabulous! So glad you found them :) Give them a good once over though. The rubber/elastic can degrade over time. Check for tears and weak spots just to be safe :)

Having been given a set of mini looped bands recently, so pleased I found this great workout and had a chance to use them - incredibly effective! I've found a glute one using the looped bands and shall give that a go next. If you can at some point consider another mini band workout that would be great - maybe standing❤

I purchased these bands about 3 years ago and clearly forgot about them, however I was discarding old junk from my house and came across these, I said, I won't throw these out let's see what's on youtube, luckily I came across your video for Seniors, I just want to say thank you very much!

Enjoyed this workout but can you do workouts with these bands which involve moving eg bands around calves or above knees and stepping out into a squat or raising a knee plus alternating with arm workouts. Thanks Myra

Quite a workout even with modifications for arthritic wrists and a damaged shoulder (clavicle held together with a titanium plate.)

Hi the exercise at 5 :50 min you mentioned the word squeeze is it to squeeze the band apart or squeeze our shoulder blades together?

yes, squeeze the shoulders together while at the same time pulling apart the band. Hope that helps!

The two exercises at 5:50 minute and 19:10 minute.., you tell us to squeeze our shoulder blades ....do these two exercises work on the same set of muscles ??

Hi Lauren, another great workout. Had a question: When I keep my arm straight (say, during tricep highfives to the wall), I tend to feel some pain in my elbow. Is it okay to keep it slightly bent?

Absolutely, it's always a good idea to not lock your joints. Just keep a small range of motion if you are feeling any pain, and stop all tighter if any exercise is painful.

I do weekly playlists that I post every Sunday for those viewers that enjoy the variety on my channel and it gives them some guidance on a well rounded workout plan.

Hi, Let me ask you - I’m used to circling two or three times a week and I need my upper body strong. Do you need these series are enough or I should repeat two or three times each one?? I used to workout with weights but nowadays I prefer the bands. Tks so much for your kindness ...... have a good one 😍😍😍😍

Maria, If you are finding it too easy and you think you can do another set, then I definitely would! In order to continue to gain strength, you will need to either do more reps/sets or get a stronger/tighter band. I hope that helps!

Hi Ritika, yes you can do it everyday, though I would recommend cross training (doing other exercises) to get the best results. Try my seated body weight video!
