I’m at my parents and everyone is still sleeping so I did these sitting on the edge of the bed after doing your ‘in bed stretches.’ Feel I’m ready to face the day. The birds are singing and the sun is coming up! Thank you x

Do you have a routine that addresses shoulder tendonitis? Besides this video, I do "Alleviate Pain for Shoulder Dysfunction" and "Helpful Stretches to Alleviate Shoulder Dysfunction." I had a daily violin practice for over 60 years!
