Tx Doug! For the tapping exercise I'm using a book the height of the curb which is giving me problems, vr helpful, and the new wall exercise is definitely harder than it looks and just what I need as I've got hammer toes and my weight is way too much on my heels which causes really bad balance problems.

Hello mr doug, love your channel, how to improve steping, my right foot step is not long enough, and its hard to lift my left leg from the ground when i do longer right step, any exccercise will help
