This was the perfect workout for me today. I skipped yesterday due to soreness from the previous two days' workouts, and I I still don't feel totally recovered but didn't want to miss another day. So this short workout fit the bill to keep me doing something without overstressing my body. I've only been with you for a few months, so I'm slowly working my way through your older videos. I can't thank you enough for giving us access to so many wonderful workouts!

Hi Lauren. I just read my response from 4 months ago. I didn't remember doing this workout, but proud to say that I did the whole workout with a 10lb kettlebell. Before, I struggled between a 5 and 10lb. Thanks for making me stronger! ❤❤💪💪

That shirt is very cute I added sweat to the warmup. Finally used my 10lb kettlebell. Was grateful for the stretch at the end taking tension out of my back. I was grateful to see you wearing shoes as had a misunderstanding with somebody when they said kettlebell should be done barefoot and I said I wouldn't as I am flatfooted and being uncoordinated I would probably drop the bell on my foot.

This workout went by so fast! I felt comfortable using a kettlebell and it didn't even feel like five pounds. I noticed you have a 30 Minute Strength Training workout using a kettlebell and I'm looking forward to doing that one tomorrow :) Thanks for the great workouts!

Aloha would you kindly make more kettlebell workouts. I just started using kettlebells verses the traditional dumb bells. Mahalo for ALL your workout videos you are amazing. Keep up the awesome videos you are making a huge difference in peoples lives.

Hi Lauren. This was a tough one. I had to switch between a 10lb kettlebell and a 5lb kettlebell. Eventually, my goal is to be able to do the entire workout with just the 10lb kettlebell. Great workout! I appreciate all of the varieties that you offer. Have a great weekend!❤❤

I made a comment to myself at the beginning of the video about your outfit, I like it. I like a sleeveless, lil longer shirt to cover my tush. This was an effective workout for the whole body and I really liked the lunges passing the kettleball !

I have been using a 3 pound dumbbell so far with all of your videos. I'm about five months in with your workouts. I am wanting to get a kettlebell. Looking at other comments maybe 5 pounds would be best.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and other fun stuff in 2005. Your enthusiasm is contagious. I am feeling stronger and having less muscle spasms since I found your channel. I enjoyed the workout. It was a little tricky for me to keep up as it was the first time I have tried this one. I'm sure I will do better the next time Have a blessed day. Jesus is the reason for the season. God bless my Jewish friends. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Really enjoyed this having done a lot of seated dumbell recently - managed all bar one exercise with 3kg weight ( steroid injection started to kick in thankfully) love the new timer! Xx

I only have a 15 lb kettlebell and tried using it…but went right back to my 10-lb dumbbell after that first move!😂 Great workout for a long day.

I have no doubt that you can work your way up to it Kimber. Next time you do one of my kettlebell workouts, keep them both nearby and start with just a few reps :)

Hi Lauren I just previewed this workout. Thank you for the link for the Activewear that tank is so cute. I love your hair in that braid. I appreciate your reminders too. I took your advice and kept my weights at 5s and a few 8s when I did super set today with another trainer today. Feet and back are fine. I think since I did supersets today I shouldn't do this one tomorrow that it isn't good to do weights 2 days in a row?

It is best to take a rest day from strength training especially if you are sore. Maybe do a cardio video on Tuesday and this one on Wednesday?
