Thank you for joining me for this full body chair workout! All exercises are osteoporosis friendly and low impact. These fun exercises are to the beat of music and work the total body. We begin with cardio to increase the heart rate that is easy to follow along. Each move progresses throughout the workout. We start with an easy base move, then add on 30 seconds making the exercises slightly more challenging. We then move to the strength section. Here, we will perform five strength building exercises for the upper body as well as our core for 45 seconds. We then repeat those five moves with an option to increase the difficulty. Grab a pair of dumbbells. I'm using two 5 pound dumbbells for this video. Always start with a lighter weight if you are unsure. Soup cans or water bottles are great for you use as well. This workout is completed with great yoga inspired stretching that is perfect to work on your mobility and flexibility and will leave you feeling wonderful!

Please do more seated exercises like this one. I have balance issues so it is really difficult to do any standing exercises. This one is perfect. I get a good workout and excellent stretches!!~

Hi! I can't tell you how much I enjoy all your seated videos. I've tried the stretch, pilates, strength, band, and cardio videos, and they are all fantastic. My goal is to try each of your videos (including the standing ones), so I hope you continue to come up with new routines. On a side note, besides all your videos giving my body the daily (and sometimes twice daily!) flexibility and strength workouts it needs, your color scheme, music, and visuals are all so pleasant and calming to the senses. You provide a very well-rounded exercise video...I can't thank you enough!

Love your chair routines. Actually I enjoy your indoor walking, cardio and strength workouts as well. It’s fun to mix and match during the week. I sometimes add your 10 minute workouts to the beginning or end of a longer routine when there is time. I see you have a new wall pilates and am looking forward to trying that out too. I was surprised by how much this chair workout challenged me! I did it all on a pilates ball-which was extra work, but I did it. I alternated my weights as well. I love the cardio and strength combo! Thank you so much for the variety you provide! 🥰

I just started following you about a week ago and have been trying different videos each day. This one was quite challenging but really covered a lot of areas I needed to hit (doing cardio, strength and flexibility)! I need to work on my coordination doing feet and arms at the same time.
