Welcome to this fun 30 minute cardio workout that is all standing and low impact! This calorie burning workout will increase your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Exercises included in this video are perfect for everyone including beginners and seniors. Many modifications are given to either increase or decrease the level of intensity so it is just right for you.
After our warm up, the interval workout included one cardio exercise for 45 seconds, then a 15 second rest period. A second exercises is then introduced repeating the timed intervals. Those two moves are then paired together for an additional 45 seconds. Just follow along and go at your own pace!

Lauren I like the way you create each of your workouts! You make it easy to follow the way you explain the exercises and I like the way you incorporate balance exercises since this is so important and coordination movements.

I agree with full planes of motion and movement, especially after a very early morning walk; even with hilly plane to walk coming back for this is a bonus! Keep them coming!

2965 steps for me on this one. I love the combination moves! I had to pause the video after the HIIT portion and before the cool down; I needed a minute to get my heart rate lowered before I slowed way down into the cool off. I feel great! Thank you 🙂

Whew! That was an awesome workout and I am proud of myself! I did the hour long workout and this HIIT workout! After every workout I feel very energized physically. Also Your workouts improve brain function coz we are challenge to keep up with all the moves. I love ❤️ it!

I love these videos! This is the second time I’ve done this video and I’m feeling stronger. I’ve done 5 of your videos in the last 2 weeks (cardio, kickboxing & HIIT). I’m trying to slowly get back into fitness after Covid & Achilles tear, and nearing menopause too, ugh. So your videos have been perfect for me. Easy enough I want to keep with my routine, and I can increase the intensity with your guidance. Thank you for posting, and hopefully I can stay with the routine and live healthier!

Osteoarthritis causes more mobility issues than osteoporosis,because it impacts the joints and back. So, please mention osteoarthritis more. Many people do not know the difference. Osteoporosis is the weakening of bones. Osteoarthritis is degenerative joint disease.

Hi Lauren, I love the workouts you design for us. It is really nice how you encourage us to go at our own pace. I believe in the past, I have injured myself several times trying to keep up with the fitness instructor not realizing that I COULD go as fast or as slow as I needed. It's okay, you live and learn. I'm still rolling. 😆 I really appreciate what you do.

Hi!! Love your workouts what are your thoughts with a weighted vest for cardio workouts and walks?

Thanks Paulie! I've personally never used a weighted vest. I think it would be fine and would definitely increase your calorie burn. Just make sure you keep your shoulders relaxed. They may have a tendency to try to "hold" up the vest.

Hi Love every video of yours. I did this one and I noticed that I am having really difficulties with coordination. Is it possible for you to record a video which is special for coordination?(brain workout) Thank you❤

I'm not sure about a special video, but I do always try to work coordination into my workouts! I agree, that cognitive exercise, is so important!

I'm working out with you for a bit more than a year now and I'm able to do full jumping jacks for 45 seconds. I'm doing your weekly workout routine and it's a perfect combination of strength and cardio training for me. Btw for the ones that think Laurens workouts are easy because it mentions for seniors or low impact, don't be mistaken your heart will be pumping you will be sweating and your brain will be working as well. I'm starting to see the benefit of low impact workouts it gives me so much energy and I'm able to fulfill the entire workout while these high impact workouts make me drained after 5 minutes and I'm super tired after the workout and tend to give up. Btw I'm 27 years old and enjoy Laurens workouts she keeps me in shape.

Hi,Love your program and your soft voice. You are my go to whenever I need to exercise while relaxed. I have noticed the over sized blue mat on the floor and I am looking to buy one. Glad you like them! You can do them as often as you like, though I would recommend alternating days with some cardio and strength training too :)

I wish your workouts were a little bit slower, especially since they are for beginners and seniors. I’ve been working out for many years yet I find sometimes you go way too fast for me to understand the moves. I’m sure they’re quick and easy for you, but they are not for seniors and beginners. I wish you went a little slower and let those who want more cardio to increase it rather than to leave beginners and seniors confused.
