I have a horrible broen feeling in my gut like shattered glass and I felt a strong emotional pain like I'm drowning in it. What can I do the heal from this? I don't like or want to feel this way and I know its caused by past trauma

You might find others helpful, and I have information on my website about developing compassionate self-awareness. drbecker-phelps.com/home/csa/ But you might also want to consider therapy -- sometimes self-help is not enough, especially when people are in pain from past trauma.
