For national meditation month, I wanted to take a moment to teach you all a very simple calming meditation technique. Because remember even
five minutes can make a difference. By purifying and calming
yourself through meditation you are able to become more rooted and
to gain a greater perspective ultimately by doing this.
It gives you the wisdom and strength to change your current reality. For the better, you, gain the ability to balance with the world around you in order to maintain happier daily life, even in a world filled with stress and pressure.
The benefits of this calming meditation include helping to calm the mind. It aids with sleep irregularities. It can help to relieve anxiety. It will help to relieve stress both mentally and physically and it will help to relax muscles especially of the neck and back and very importantly it can help us to rebalance our emotions.
So in the beginning, as I've mentioned before it's important to take a few minutes even two minutes to do some kind of physical activity.
